I appreciate this. I got hammered by a snowstorm this past Wed and have been without power since dealing with all the fun stuff that goes along with that. Not expected to get power back till the 15th but will find 5 minutes to submit mine tomorrow. Sorry for being one on the squeaky wheels!

That sucks. Since he didn't abide by your agreed terms you can walk away but if you truly want him added to the PL you gotta go through the motions. PL or threat of PL IMO is to force a transaction to be completed. If someone says they will pay in a week and doesn't I will just walk away as I'm not holding a book for an additional 30 days.

If he won it then changed his mind I'd tell him he should have looked closer at the pictures, you didn't grade it CGC did. Assuming all that stuff is on the actual cover and not the case I would agree it's not a 9.6 though. Always buy the book, not the grade on the label.
