Wow, had my #1 - #5 full run listed for just a few hours and it sold for almost the full asking price. Still some big heat on this one

I've got a slabbed 9.8 run of #1 - #4 (A covers) that I'm going to be listing in my sales thread tomorrow, as well as some raws. Not sure what all raws I have just yet, but if you shoot me a PM tomorrow I'll look into it for you.

There's one for the last issues also. It was a 1:10 As far as appearance goes, I like the latest Spread AF cover better than #1.

How many come out next week? I haven't been to my LCS in a while, but I plan to stop in next Wednesday as he said he was going to order multiples of all the AF covers.

Not a pretty cover, but I was able to get 3 pretty cheap.

I sold 4 others earlier this week. I was expecting the flood, but still wanted to put my last one up over the weekend.

Definitely looks like a snatch and run situation. Hopefully the PayPal/Credit Card combo will ensure you get your money back. I've had 2 similar incidents. One PayPal refunded me, but the other I had to contact Amex for a "chargeback" or whatever its called.

Also it says that it is being sent by Media Mail…I thought he was sending it Flat Rate. Mine said Media Mail also, which means my post office will open it and inspect it and charge me more or send it back. I only ordered 2, so the $8.25 shipping cost would have covered Priority with no problem. I sent them a note, not sure if it will change anything though. As I figured would happen, my post office opened and inspected the books and now they are charging me additional money for Priority because comics are not media mail. I emailed them 2 times but I don't expect to hear from them. I doubt I will be purchasing from them again. Yep! That right there is a legitimate complaint and I don't blame you at all for being unhappy. Not a smart move on his part.

Just curious, outside of the downgraded shipping, what other problems have there been? I know there was some confusion about orders being canceled, but as far as I know those were all cleared up in favor of the buyer.

Definitely a legitimate complaint. IF ANYONE went into this transaction with AN ARTIST who has never done anything like this before, thinking that the ARTIST could mail out 3800 comics in a timely manner, well packed, shipped properly, with timely communication, all high grade, without SOME potential issues, I would like to sell you some Batman New 52 comics signed by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. LMK, I'll cut you a good deal with timely shipping, good communication, great condition of comics. I don't think any complaints about shipping speed are warranted yet, but I do think charging $8 and then shipping media mail (when Priority Flat Rate is what was advertised) is in poor taste.

I'm very happy. My books were packaged fine and were all in really good condition.
