From where should one order (or pre-order) these issues? At this point, I think the only way would be to ask your LCS to order copies for you. I don't think any online retailers have them up yet.

Most sellers here don't have to worry about that. But even then, I think most people are aware that return shipping is the sellers problem if they sell something that's not in the condition described.

I assure you, any buyer that reads through this debacle will be very concerned.

You should just pay the return shipping and issue a full refund. That's the right thing to do here..bottom line.

Looking at these photos and receiving this reply, would anyone anticipate receiving more than half of the books without boards and some not even in bags? I just want a refund and to move on from this headache. Don't blame you. Assuming he doesn't come around, I'm sure PayPal will have you covered with your dispute.

There is still the issue of the re prints, that I believe he specifically asked you about before you sent them. I just told him I will send him the two he is complaining about, and by the way the lot was for 115 comics. The number of books is irrelevant. If he didn't get everything he paid for and in the condition described, its up to you to make it right.

Well all the mistakes are yours it's not up to someone else to split the cost of the mistakes with you. You made it by yourself. You pay it by yourself. +1 You should just bite down and swallow the mistake man. I don't think anyone here is going to believe that Harvey is trying to rip you off. No one is even accusing you of being shady thus far, but it was deff. your mistake.

I would think so. Return shipping charges would be part of your refund. If he doesn't refund you in full, I'd think it would be PL worthy if you wanted to go that route.
