  1. Still waiting on them to announce Starhawk for the sequel...
  2. Well, she and Luke Cage did work security for him...
  3. Disney sure does love Will Friedle. I think they should've gone with someone else for Quill.
  4. 100 percent agree! I didn't realize it until I watched Avengers 2. What a difference between Ultron and Loki in Avengers 1 and 2. Loki made Ultron look lame. I`m all for giving Loki his own movie, as long as Hiddleston play him. Loki was the star of A1. Ultron helped ruin A2. Ultron was fine. It was the guys pulling his strings that ruined him. Whoever came up with the cheesy one liners ruined the film. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, but the one line that I cannot stand from the movie is when Ultron is talking to the Maximoffs and says the line about humans making smaller humans and not knowing what a "smaller human" is called, or whatever it was.
  5. Won Season 1 on Blu Ray from the local radio by being the first person to call in and answer what villain Harvey Dent becomes. Finally get to watch this past the first few episodes
  6. So anyone think they will change her origin story? I mean, coming right off the heels of Daredevil getting his power from a freak accident with chemical waste, what are the chances they do it again with this? Also, just finished Alias... really enjoyed it overall, but the ending was just too anticlimactic for me.
  7. Wow, that was an awesome teaser. Really pumped for this. Reading Alias now and I am about halfway through. It would be awesome to have a Scott Lang cameo...
  8. Shoot. As slow as Rick's group moves around??? It's been two years and they've barely made it of Georgia. They won't meet up with a group from LA for, like, ever. It also makes no sense. One group in the southeast and the other in southern California. Given the logistical difficulties of traveling cross country with potentially millions of zombies in your way, it makes zero sense for both groups to meet. On the other hand, this is television so yeah, both groups will meet up This is also at the start of it all, so back before S1 of TWD. It's not unreasonable to think they could catch a plane east before it got too bad. Have an episode where they board a plane, some people become zombies and it forces them to land the plane in say, Mississippi, or somewhere close. Then they have that period of time between S1 and S4 of TWD to make it to Georgia.
  9. Nah. If it's the daughter then it will be Willow Smith
  10. I have to admit, this episode was pretty boring. It took too long to build up to anything. Looking forward to the rest of the series, and hopefully it will get better.
  11. That's the ONLY way I roll......but I do typically buy a shovel along with the tape and rope. I also ask the cashier if they have any special plans for the weekend with a wry grin. That usually doesn't raise too many red flags. Me and a buddy used to go into stores and pick up things like that and others such as machetes, knives, gloves, etc. and while people were around, loudly say "this is perfect for what we're doing".
  12. The Negative Zone is a fictional antimatter universe, so any name given to a planet in it isn't a renaming of the universe itself. Except that when they were explaining it to the government they said it was an alternate universe to which they have started calling "Planet Zero". I haven't seen it, I've only heard Trank's claims about it in an interview. When they go through the portal, where do they end up? In space, from which they have to travel to a planet, or do they go through and walk right out onto another planet? If I recall correctly, when they used the teleporter, it just teleported them right onto the planet. But Dr. Storm mentions early in the movie about an alternate universe just beyond our sight so I had figured they were ramping this up to be a parallel earth in the N-Zone. Also, the portal that goes between the worlds later transports them directly from Earths atmosphere to Planet Zeros atmosphere.

  14. No way any kind of lawsuit can go through, but I was wondering how bad this will hurt Marvel Studios films. Does the general public differentiate between Marvel studios and other Marvel based films from Sony and Fox, etc.? I sincerely doubt it. I think once people hear it sucks, they'll just ignore it and see Pixels instead. The Marvel logo is only attached to it very briefly and loosely. The people who care about the MCU understand the difference at this point. And "The people who care about the MCU" are not the majority. Like I said, does the general public know the difference between Marvel Studios films and Fox's Marvel films?

  16. Jacob Latimore as Flash Thompson.... really? Also, Billy Zane and Jason Biggs? As villains???
  17. So then you have read Ultimate Fantastic Four? The cast didn't have to read it, so neither should I. Ultimate FF is the source material... You can't say it's disrespectful of the source material if you haven't read it.
  18. That's because: I'm 98% sure the deal would have allowed it. Marvel can't touch any mutant whatsoever with their fox deal with X-men and they haven't been able to touch Spider-man or any characters or unique details of the Spider-man universe that originated there as part of the original Sony deal. I know they are allowing Spider-man to appear in a Marvel film now but that's just that character and nothing was included about other Spider-characters or entities. Did you read something different? Everything I've seen points one way. How are they going to make a Spider-man movie without being able to have anything from the Spider-man universe? Also, loved the part when he called Paxton an @ss hat and was told to watch his language, to which he replied "What? I said hat."
  19. And did I just miss them explaining HOW the suit worked? Not what it does, distance between atoms, etc., but how the particles were delivered to the wearer. And if memory serves,
  20. I hardly watched any clips or trailers beforehand like I normally do so I didn't know a lot of what was coming. Absolutely loved this film and so did my nephew, girlfriend, and her brother. One thing irritated me:
  21. When they first revealed the actor playing Apocalypse, my first reaction was he definitely had the face to pull it off and could see him with the grey skin and blue lips. Now we have this.... I just don't understand why they changed up the coloring.
  22. Leto just looks way, way too young period. The man is a year older than Affleck...
