  1. Mylar can have sharp edges, just trying to avoid tears. Sandwich the comic between two boards, slide it in.
  2. So many great covers, love #100 I already posted these in the Canadian thread, but I was so happy to add these 35c giants to my collection I have to keep showing them off
  3. Incase anyone is looking, this is probably hard to find Issue 1 welcome pack
  4. I have the walker. It is amazing and one of the last things I would ever get rid of. If it is complete it is a real deal and a half. For those that have never seen it, the retooled AT-AT Walker was released for two occasions only and then has not seen the light of day since. Due to rising costs and the shelf space dilemma, I doubt we would ever see the BMF AT-AT ever again. Hasbro just isn't making big toys anymore. It really is worth keeping. Thanks for that I'll have to box it up and put it in storage. The thing is really badass, it just takes up so much space.
  5. Stopped by a random yard sale this fall while out on a drive with my wife, found a 40 gallon rubbermaid full of star wars and Gi joe figures and vechicles for 30 bucks. I don't collect this stuff or even know what era it's from, but I know a deal when I see it - the Rubbermaid alone costs ~$25 If there's anything of note from this period I should look for please let me know, there's tons of weapons and random in the bottom of the bin, I haven't even looked at most of it, just pulled all the star wars figures I could see. There was an Anakin figure too, but my son ripped his arm off... My wife has been hinting at getting rid of the walker, it's just so huge. Any of you collector's think it's worth anything or should I just goodwill it. You can click the pic for some better detail.
  6. Congrats, tough book! I've read there's only 9k copies between 1st-3rd print, I really need to upgrade from my 2nd print.
  7. Hard to follow up that Picture Story Annual They are lower grade, but I was thrilled to find these Canadian Harry Lucey Covers
  8. Very nice! You inspired me to do the same thing, not all in higher grade, but I get them for the awesome covers! Can I count this one as horror?
  9. A gorgeous copy with old label goodness, congrats
  10. That is counted as a defect. Definitely, that is a BIG defect. I would love your opinion on how I affected the grade of this book. I pulled the bottom staple to stop any damage progression, bad idea? This is a book I'm keeping, should I let it be, replace the staple? Thanks in advance! 11. Why is that dude at the 50 second mark, who is talking about Frazetta, NOT wearing a shirt ? I was thinking the same thing
