James, having a whole thread devoted to B&B 1-23 is noble indeed! I LOVE those books!! It's essentially the war comics artists (sans Grandenetti and Drucker) working on adventure series. Here's my copy of #3 to get things started. I bought this from Harley about 23 years ago. I THINK it's the Circle-8 copy, but can't confirm. He scored it right around the time of that collection coming to light and I know that he was amongst the folks who flew out to AZ to get first crack at it. Check out the size of that CCA stamp!!! love the cover I love medival times and ancient civilizations

I've never picked up the non-Barks books from this time period. Maybe someday but so much else to pick up first. I added the other FC 300 issues to the pic. A lot of non-Barks material was included when I purchased Disney lots. It is fun stuff too. wow nice haul
