Jay can’t save you from your own shills and I am certainly not hating. I’m attempting to eradicate an issue within a thread I enjoy. We’re all well aware you’re tied to Bulletproof and very well be Dell’Otto’s #1 fanboy but we’re talking about one of the hottest modern artists out right now. Meaning we DO NOT need your “insider info”, it more than likely will be shared by others.

No, what you are doing is shilling. You are way too connected to Bulletproof for it to be seen as anything else. Even if that’s not the case, it’s how it appears. You honestly can’t expect every one of us to believe you pay the same prices we do being such an “insider”, so it can very easily be seen as financially motivated hype. I do hope you can see that. If those who truly value the information you share, (what a day in advance?) then create a group PM and problem solved.

Here’s an end of the month bump for those of us who left our swap shops open. I’ll leave mine open until the 31st of the month, so if anyone wants to sneak in a trade in the next couple days I’m certainly up for it.

Yes it unfortunately does happen. As if all the Under Ordered, Uncirculated, From the Collection of Scott Blahblahblah, etc...carnie talk wasn’t enough. Now some dealers are altering print runs just to price gouge collectors up front. It’s pretty disgusting what some people do to try and turn a profit. To be clear, when I’m using the term dealer above please think shop variants. I say this because the information I have been told was all connected to those types of variants.

Thanks for the link Jay. I wasn't aware of that site. I was a bit surprised to see the Ruby Red so hight on the list. I’m aware they rarely pop up but it’s also a book that’s rarely discussed so I wasn’t sure if it had that much demand to bring in those numbers.

I’m not too sure you understand what I was getting at from your response. I’m well aware that this is a thread open for discussions. Yet a few people continuing to pick at a list Jay created with his own set of guidelines adds absolutely no value to the thread. Jay’s thread, Jay’s rules. If one cannot or chooses to not agree with them on countless occasions it’s trolling, it’s no longer a discussion imo. So I was merely making a simple suggestion. If anyone has such a issue with the list, than create your own with whatever guidelines you’d like. Pretty simple way to end the relentless attempts to poke holes in Jay’s list. Personally I’d love to see a list without the restrictions but I’m defintely not looking to start and update it, so I’ll just continue to appreciate Jay’s and the updates the provides.

If only a place existed where one could make whatever type of list they wanted.

I’d love to know how he defines “slight overage”. Last I heard you need to order quite a bit more than 1000 copies to get a variant from Marvel. Is that no longer the case? I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if upwards of 2000 copies are being tossed in the trash. It unfortunately wouldn’t be the first time I’ve heard of someone destroying copies to create a false print run for profit.

Congrats on the completing the Edlund set Brian, that's awesome. The Invincible issue I believe Vic is referring to is for issue #100 pictured below. Unless they did a #111 as well but I don't believe they did .
