  1. dear Jesus of all weekends! .... must figure out how to get to Montana on May 2nd but move into my new condo in Toronto May 1st.....
  2. Can't wait till Saturday when I can get to my pull file store. But this will be one that I likely read in the parking lot before leaving said store.
  3. Out tomorrow and I'm pretty excited #9 going to have two covers?
  4. Congrats Larry Thanks again Tim! for putting a raffle together, you don't see that from a lot of creators. Enough thought you spelt my name wrong
  5. here I thought the auction was going to fly under the radar and then it exploded.
  6. I don't ever win draws so not getting my hopes to high, but I'm just happy to support a good cause. So I'll just say good luck everyone. I'm sure who ever wins will have an ENORMOUS heart attack
  7. http://www.comicbookresources.com/article/rucka-larks-lazarus-in-development-at-legendary-tv Link show off
  8. So Lazarus #1 is flying off eBay right now. Not sure if this was posted 10 pages back or not http://m.hollywoodreporter.com/entry/view/id/933622
  9. Just realized the raffle opt in time is almost up... glad I got it in this morning.
  10. And now the world is at peace again.... well for now.
  11. well it's Bad iPhone typing on the train ride home language. But you get the point.
  12. And yet I disagree. Hell boy has a huge following. Sure 4 at your LCS but it sells a lot of books across all retailers.i think it's actually really funny people are upset about numbering. As a collector Continous is great cause your #1 becomes high priced great for flippers. minis fresh #1s stiffly the value in secondary but is better for readers and readership regardless of what anyone says IMO
  13. Doesn't The Strain use this format? or something similar? Seems to be working for them. And to be fair if diamond was the biggest problem the last time getting the books out on time, maybe pandering to them a bit will help elevate that a bit. in any case 60 issues - 10 seasons. sounds great to me no matter how you slice it.
  14. final arc of this volume ends at 50 if IDW site is right. Which means this is going to keep climbing till the next volume.
  15. This book (like spread) are great reads regardless of tv or movie rumors.
  16. Not sure when 7 comes out I heard June ? I belive the tpb becomes out some time soon and then the digital feild guide. I know I had a hard time finding a 2b in good shape for along time. I know most stores around here only have the 5a and 6b left and not many of them. They taunt me every week.
  17. To be fair, 99.5% of the posts have been about the values and print runs. There's been very little discussion of the actual story. I was thinking of starting a separate thread for that purpose (once I catch up with the issues I haven't read) to keep the discussions separate (as I imagine anyone only interested in a discussion of the story isn't going to want to sift through the collection discussion). No need to start another post I'd prefer that the story comments begin to out weight the tiresome talk about print runs and so on. And to be fair we are in the break between story arcs so not to much to discuss. I actually have issue with people calling the NYCC variant 2nd printing a RRP, that's pretty much as hogwash as you can get. Its a Con variant, and a might hard one to get at that but its not a RRP.
  18. Screw you guys I'm going to BIN I want in this club. Actually i would have had i not seen the impact on the corner.
  19. is it bad i really want a cgc 0.5 graded one of these
  20. If there was one on the bay that shipped to Canada I'd be in this club right now. In the mean time I hate this club
  21. Sadly Mcfarlene will be impossible as he said he will not drawn anything other then image. Since he holds a exec position and it wouldn't be right or so he said when in a interview they asked him if he will draw spiderman again. So capullo is my first choice, staples is number two Also this thread moves at lightning speeds.
  22. And authority beat me to the punch. Enormous, spread, low and I'd say spawn is worth a shot again. Southern bastards is in my top 3 as it was oddly the book they pulled me back into comics last year.
