I'll go with that. Musically it's the same-old same-old, but credit to her for at least aspiring to be different. Trouble is that she does seem to believe her own hype... Have any of you guys been to a night club in the past 12 months? People go crazy for her stuff. She might sound like a rehash to us but my 15 year old thinks she's the second coming. I agree, she's no Tom Scholtz (sorry, personal hero), but she has "something". My three year old girl thinks LG is the bees knees, too. But she prefers the Kinks, Small Faces, David Bowie and The Who. Really, it's what their exposed to (enough times). Ironically all we hear these days on the radio is Gaga, to coin a phrase. And most London night clubs go for less commercial stuff than LG, fwiw. I'll be over soon enough to decide what is and what isn't commercial.

I agree on the souped-up Eurodisco, but her outfits and videos are visually stunning. She takes Elton John to a whole new level.

It was fun to watch. You Brits are all kooks. I thought Lady Ga Ga had a spectacular outfit. That girl is a freak...she's not even that good looking but man she has an incredible air of confidence and a wild imagination. I really enjoy her work.

The one thing I remember about Peter is that he was always complaining that he could never find a nice FF #10 without a printer's crease. I used to PM him once in a while as a joke to tell him I have one only to burst his bubble. Didn't he change his board name to something else?? Or was he something else first and change it to UCLAPeter?? I'm so confused... "uclapeterg" wasn't it? he's been bonds25 for a hella long time now, kids. bonds25 is uclapeterg!!! I had no idea. bonds25 has some hella sweet books. They are different people. Bonds25 is Matt from Escondido, CA and still post occasionally. He post recently here. He dabbles in online poker and was working in a job where he manned the phone lines but I'm not sure if he does it. I have met him before at the SD con. uclapeterg is Peter who is a CPA who last worked in the LA area. They are not the same people. greggy, who knows more than the rest. That's what the brothers used to call a "stuff" on the Ball courts back in the day.
