    It will, on occasion, effect the book. In the past, when I received books back with puddling, they reholdered them free of charge. I have no idea what the policy is when a second-hand purchased book has puddling.

    Is the reason for this simply because of the delay in opening the package? If so, once you guys are all caught up, will this suggestion be withdrawn? I'm probably just being overly cautious, but I'd rather not give any sticky fingered employee of the USPS any kind of clue as to the value of the contents.

    This means that should receive 2 packages, not 1. If you receive 1 package, a call to ebay (or the seller) would be in order.

    Unless I missed the memo, which is very possible, I didn't think what you're describing was possible. It is across the street (is that even a saying anymore since they moved?), but I didn't think CGC let you do that.

    Yep, you were right. I sent him a message asking where my refund was. Ten minutes later, I get an email from Paypal, "You've got a refund".

    I was wondering if refunding a buyer now takes days with the advent of Managed Payments. I bought a cheap comic ($16) from some guy. After a week, he tells me that he no longer has it and that he'll refund me. It's been 5 days ... is this a legitimate amount of time now that Managed Payments is here?

    Finally! My 6/18 Modern has finally shipped (after some whining to CGC). Interestingly, my FT Economy shipped the same day.

    You lose any protection that Ebay offers if you ship to a different address. Shoot him a message telling him that you're going to cancel the transaction so he can change his address on Ebay and buy it again. If he puts up a fight, he's a scammer.

    It's always nice to have more hands. However, and please know that this is only my opinion, I don't think more people is the answer to this particular issue. I think it's got more to do with the mindset/attitude/cavalierness of the people you already have. The question is, how do you make people care more?

    @mnelsonCGC Can you/CGC please try to ease the anxiety many of us have concerning sending you our collectables while CGC is experiencing all of these QC issues?
