Almost caught up myself, just starting Combiner Wars. Overall the IDW series has been solid, especially the Barber and Roberts run of RID and MTMTE (though this one had to grow on me a bit).

Yeah I hope this long break doesn't kill the momentum on the book. It was one of my favorite reads every month.

It must be really tough holding out for 9.8s of these. I find it hard enough to come by a nice 9.6 or the raw equivalent. My 437 is a possible 9.6, but a 9.8, especially with 100 pagers, is so hard to predict. Nice 437. Those 100 pagers certainly are tough finds in high grade. I'm going to be starting my run of 70s Superman and Action soon, once I complete my 1980 up to present day runs. For the 100 pagers I'll be happy with anything above 6.0.

I saw it last night, I thought it was pretty good. Not sure why all the negative reviews. As others have said, were critics expecting a paint by the numbers Avengers movie. Not that those are bad either, just different from what BvS was trying to be. I thought it made a decent lead in to a trilogy of planned movies. My only complaints about the movie were: 1. Lex Luther, I duuno Jesse was just playing him too manic...almost Joker like. Not that he did a bad job in acting the part. They should have went an older actor that and play it more calculating and Machiavellian. 2. Doomsday, looked a bit too much like a Olog-hai from Lord of the Rings. He needed more Spikes!

I wish I had known you when I had multiples of the AA #9's...... and I found I was wrong in order for the pictures. and the original which is better than my stitch job, and shows some missing pieces that would have tied this whole thing in nicely. Thanks for work on putting the connecting covers together, looks pretty sweet. And speaking of sweet, the RI for Transformers: More than Meets the Eye #51 , with Tarn of the over looks pretty cool. May have to snag one.

Wow not too surprising though, it is by far the best Superman book on the stands at the moment.

Referring to the 1:15 LIM Variant I assume. Yeah, I picked it up on cover alone. Nice looking variant. And as a bonus the Carnage book has been pretty decent read too.

Heck that whole JLI run was fantastic. Hopefully they will kill off the New 52 version Fobo, and bring back the main man with Rebirth.

Nice looking OAAW 83. I read my copy as soon as I opened it out of the package. Way cooler experience than when I read it in the Sgt. Rock Archives.

Both of those are sweet, I'll have to keep an eye out for them. IDW has put out a lot of really nice variants for Transformers.

In Minneapolis/St.Paul, which isn't exactly gourmet coffee connoisseur territory you can't go more than a few blocks without running into a corporate gourmet coffee shop. Just finished reading Dark Cybertron. Overall I liked it, it was maybe an issue or two too long, but other than that solid. Now on to Dawn of the Autobots. In RI news I manged to snag a MTME 30 RI, with Megs sitting in the Lincoln Memorial. It was just sitting there on the variant shelf at my LCS. Nothing overly valuable, but I had been looking for it, and bam there it was.

That's about market value for that book. I wouldn't bite on one now as he is flooding the market with covers swipes. Can't wait to read it, still playing catch up on the series. Just starting Dark Cybertron. Overall the IDW Transformers has been pretty good going all they way back to Infiltration. However I have been struggling a bit on some of the MTME issues...maybe because it has a lot of annoying (in my opinion of course) characters. On the other hand RID has been really good. Anyways on to #50!
