I pay immediately. I like the surprised responses I get back from sellers that I'm unusually fast. Plus, I expect sellers to show the same respect and ship as soon as possible. If they don't, I move my purchases elsewhere. One and done. Common sense. Dan

Good luck with the scam, right? So the guys posting "GLWTS!" on my thread are being asshats? That's great, I told them thanks! I thought it meant "Good Luck With The Sale". These forums are looking worse for me every day. It does mean Good Luck With the Sale. Those guys were being genuine. Sometimes the exclamation point is a hint of sarcasm. glwts is more subtle. Depends on the usage. It still means "Good Luck With That *Spoon*" but it can be used when you truly wish someone luck with a sale or used sarcastically if the seller is asking for WAY too much. I seem to remember it meaning the last one. Dan

I have enjoyed the experience of both a little selling and buying (loads of buying!) on this board since the inception of the marketplace. It has slowly descended into nonsense of late. I am glad for the few sellers that I trust and for the excellent service they've given in the past. The present, however, is murky. Dan

This was no "shot in the dark"! I GUARANTEE you that this book was resubbed with a full explanation of its previous blue label by someone big enough to have confidence that CGC would change back the label with a wink and a smile. It's not the 1st time. It'll be very interesting to see when and where this book ends up for sale because it certainly wasn't bought as a "keeper" by a collector. Yikes. That's a pretty big GUARANTEE. And a heck of an accusation. Dan I'll just say this, after my Avengers 4 situation, I received enough info from boardies that are BEYOND trustworthy that makes me 100% confident that's what happened. That really blows.
