  1. I wasn't even aware that there was a cartoon, but I had heard there was going to be another animated movie. I guess the MCU is what it takes to really get the ball moving. Maybe because there's no sign that the MCU is ever going to disappear.
  2. CBR is reporting on Big Hero 6 coming to the MUC now too. Maybe a good time to have the only 9.8 on eBay. https://www.cbr.com/rumor-the-mcu-will-introduce-big-hero-6-characters/
  3. Anyone know how reliable this site is? https://thegww.com/big-hero-six-is-headed-to-the-mcu/
  4. How does the release date for the Daily Bugle compare with this?
  5. Comicspriceguide shows that the covers for 1 & 3 match the U.S. edition, but the cover art for 5 is the art for 6 in the U.S., so either 4 or 5 would be one of the issues, if they skipped issues, and then either 7 or 8 (assuming they printed the story that originally matched up with the cover art).
  6. It could be they had oversized issues that reprinted multiple issues
  7. Since we know that there's still some shared scene between Bettany and an actor that he's always wanted to work with, I think it's safe to say that such a respected actor isn't going to be playing a bit part, so we probably still have a reveal of someone manipulating Agatha. As mentioned, Harkness isn't evil in the comics, and Feige tends to stick with the comics unless there's a good reason not to. They could have easily had Agnes turn out to be some other character if they wanted that character to be a legitimate baddie.
  8. As mentioned, asking price means nothing. But if you do have a raw 9.4/9.6, definitely worth getting that graded. I think prices on the Platinum are only going to rise in the short term
  9. This was mentioned on the Key Collector app; I'm assuming that's why they're moving now.
  10. Movies don't tend to do that. Typically broadcast television shows do that because they have a set amount of time to work with, and that's where they free up time. You don't have that time constraint with streaming.
  11. Unless the space inside the field exists in a pocket universe. I like the idea that if one can breach the field, then this space can be entered from multiple places in the multiverse. That would allow Dottie to be Arcanna. Mephisto could be trying to manipulate things so he can cross to the main MCU universe, using various pawns throughout Phase 4 to try to accomplish that.
  12. The market is funny. Rhodes first wears the War Machine armor in Iron Man 284, but still uses the name Iron Man. Yet WCA 94 is considered the more important (based on sales results). But looking at X-Factor, Warren Worthington first takes on the name Archangel in X-Factor 38 which barely sells for more than the surrounding issues, but it's the earlier issue that introduces the look that's the key.
  13. Census for Australian editions: https://www.cgccomics.com/census/issues_bytitle.asp?title=Spawn&publisher=Trielle+Komix
  14. Looks like an Australian edition. There are no copies of this on the CGC census, I'm guessing because they're not particularly common. Not a clue on the value, just "whatever someone is willing to pay for it." But since this is a key issue, I think that there would be plenty of people interested. Get it pressed and graded if you're looking to sell.
  15. Romance comics actually did quite well for a time. Trends change. The overwhelming majority of people posting in this thread (which is a small percentage, and probably the portion of the audience that is scrutinizing it the most) seems to enjoy the show, so Marvel *is* pleasing their longtime fans for the most part. And they're also bringing in new people, if the fact that Disney+ crashed from the huge numbers of people trying to stream new episodes as they are available.
  16. In an email today from Key Collector they stated: "Disclaimer: Key Collector Comics is not owned, compensated by or affiliated with Bad Idea."
  17. Just caught up on this thread over the last week. My hunches/guesses: • I don't think High Evolutionary is the big bad, but I think that's who Herb will become. (Just as the dome is changing Monica, it's going to change some other people.) Feige is playing a long game with him. • I think the dome might exist as its own pocket dimension accessible across the multiverse that is holding witches. Wanda has managed to break free of manipulation and assert some control herself. I think Dottie is Arcana and through her we'll learn of the existence of the Squadron Supreme (of which the 12-issue mini which would make the basis of an excellent series for Disney+). • While Mephisto does appear to be the big bad, I'm skeptical like other that Disney is going to introduce the literal devil. But if they do, they should get Tom Hanks to play him. • The one thing that I have no idea about, but I think is important, is who the television program in the show is meant to be for. The whole idea of it suggests Mojo's involvement, but there's a lot of road to travel before we would ever see him, I think. • Not sure whether this will matter to WandaVision, or to Doctor Strange (if at all), but I got a bid on a lot of Defenders issues that had been available for years. Unimportant issues, but I did see that one of them (92) contains the first manifestation of Eternity as a being that exists across the multiverse, and then noticed a few others of those had been scooped up on eBay yesterday.
  18. Looks like the difference is between the Multiverse Eternity (https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Defenders_Vol_1_92) and the 616 Eternity (https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Eternity_(Earth-616))
  19. Dunno. I was just going by the Marvel fandom wiki: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Defenders_Vol_1_92
  20. Just noticed a few sold today, after getting a bid on a lot of Defenders that I've had available forever with no takers. Since every universe in the multiverse manifests as an anthropomorphic being called Eternity, I figure someone knows something about Multiverse of Madness.
