besides you rubbing it in my face that you got lucky due to the movie for that character was out at the same time, i don't recall anything about ranting about above said comic shop.... and it's quite funny if i recall your original post on here you came to put my username on here..... your salesman tactics are horrible. especially if you decide to go ahead and rant about it to someone who didnt buy or win your item. as far as this list goes.... once your on it , your name never goes away from it. they put me on here ages ago before i even knew about itna it was all because i upset one of their members whom posts on this forum hourly..... ridiculous ? yes but thats how they operate here.

And followed it up with a $200 offer...? If that is true, I'm not quite sure what ground you have to stand on, here. No, i was added on here because someone from one of the cliques on this forum got upset about how i complained about a seller on ebay... furthermore who are you deem me a jerk and that i'm acting inappropriately? your just another schmuck on this forum.... ' im not trolling i still come on here, but as i said a month ago, i stopped coming on here frequently after one of the oh so "friendly" members on here started making harassing phone calls to my parents home.... thats real classy but to Mike over here that's not being a jerk, that's being an outstanding friendly and cool member, If someone from here has really been calling your parents you should out them. It did happen, when most of you were going back and fourth with the insults a few months back... i'll say as much as i do know who it is even though they tried to block their number... i'll say as much as he isn't from the united states... he lives in ontario..... i'll keep it at that. Who insulted you? And why "keep it at that"? If someone has wronged you, what benefit is it to you to "protect" them by keeping their name secret, but continuing to mention that it happened? The boardies here can be very passionate about the hobby and hold strong opinions that they will defend, but that's very different from being insulting. This thread has become nothing but a bunch of people whining about the most simplest things.... day after day, i get email updates of whiners complaining about the most petty mishaps happening when dealing with buyers on ebay..... someone lowballed you, someone sent a message without saying Hi, someone complained about your shipping, prices etc... It happens people, it's called Business, you just can't please everyone. it's just not possible. as far as it goes with people complaining about even Ebay and their reps siding with buyers an no longer helping the sellers. It is what it is. they can do as they please. I have a solution though..... STOP SELLING ON EBAY. Besides the pointless blacklist of people, that really has no relevance any longer, because people don't even remember why someone is listed on there. What happen to this thread being solely about a list of people whom tried to scam or rip off members on here? This has become a let's just put someone's name on here because we don't like them or whatever the case may be. Before someone tries to be cute and asks what's my ebay handle, it's already on the now defunct black list..... do any of you realize even if you do put someone's ebay handle on here, someone could easily make another account within 5 mins you all are aware of that right

When I posted the sales for this book, showing an average of $700 going back at least 6 months over 25+ sales, your reply was "I don't keep up with all the current sales of a book"...meaning, you were claiming that you had no idea what the Fair Market Value of this book was. Now, you've changed your tune, saying, "oh...ohhhhhh....you mean THIS book....oh, yeah, I totally checked out THIS one." It can't be both. Either you checked out the prices, and therefore KNEW what the book's FMV was, or you didn't, and thus had an excuse for your 79% off FMV offer. You can't keep your story straight. The conversation is still intact, several pages back, if anyone wants to check it. Do you have any proof that elektra101 was asking $900 or $1000? And why is it you neglect to mention your offering price...? Because it casts you in a bad light...? This is just a discussion, a discussion that interests and affects many people. No one has "whined" about it, and no one is "butt hurt" except Elektra101 (which he admitted), and donmeca (who has not.) Why potentially alienate people by characterizing a good discussion as "whining"? Is everyone only allowed to discuss things the way you would like? why would i be butt hurt or whine about this?? your friend Elektra who has not reappeared any longer on this site made it an issue that my offer was not good enough for him.... he then went ahead and messaged to me start gloating he found a sap to pay close to his outlandish asking price for that particular book. everyone has been going on and on about this for the past 2 weeks.... why not drop it already and move on. it's also really annoying constantly seeing my ebay username on top of everyone's response. Point blank if people cry on here that they received an offer not to their liking, well tough you know what.... from here on out stop posting buy it now or make a offer listings on ebay. that'll stop the heartbreak and crying on here. last i recall thats the whole purpose of buying and selling items, im not including stores. they are obviously at a fixed price. people whom are buying are trying to get the best deal, people who are selling are always trying to get top dollar.... thats just the way of life. Let's clarify this.... you had a buy it now, and i made you 2 reasonable offers... after you declined i moved on. Afterwords you decided to gloat and told me you sold it for more?? then you wanted to lecture me about selling comics? i hardly believe you were being a good sport about things at all. seems pretty low if you ask me. im also on this site, and stopped coming on here for a good while, but now let's not make things up. why not be clear as to how the matter started.

This is the part that got him on my list. All that over a late T-shirt The t shirt was for st patty's day.. it was order 3 weeks prior. They decided to ship it out one day before st pattys day. And i got it thursday of that week instead of of prior. When i called a week before they decided to ship they did the usual saying they can not give a refund what so ever... i did what i had to in order to get my $30 bucks back. And i did get my money back as well Im sure your not to knowledgeable but every state has a department of consumer services. That is what they're there for..
