Promoters - do the right thing ... cancel the con!
wombat replied to jjonahjameson11's topic in Comic Events
It doesn't matter if promoters want to cancel or not. States are making the choice for them. -
Some of the are definitely a bit rough. Look better in the pictures. I actually paid less than those prices by a buck or 2 each.

Found two new shops with magazines. One even had about ten CGC Eeries/Creepys. You don't see that too often. They were way overpriced, but shocking to run into.

CGC can't possibly be that dumb.

Help identifying Frazetta Conan vintage art posters

I don't actually own any of the catalogs. Best I can tell from looking online is #2 - 1981 #3 - 1991 #4 - 1998. I can't find anything about #1. -

Here is a page of one of the catalogs. You can see there are different sizes listed for different prints. -

OK. so it definitely doesn't seem like the Fairfax prints. As stated that was only 15 prints and didn't include some of the ones you psoted. Checking the Frazetta Definitive Reference (which did list those 15) the only thing that seems possible is prints you could have ordered directly from the Frazetta Catalog. Unforutnately there are no dates or sizes listed. Other than that perhaps what kav said that they were printed by someone personally. -

Fairfax would have been my guess. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-Vintage-Frank-Frazetta-Fairfax-Poster-Collection-Your-Choice-of-15/233439478845?hash=item365a13c43d:m:mTf-0GPsOLuAwweaX9a0xJA -
Thanks!! That is a very cool idea.

Latests editions to the room. The death dealer shadow box was hand made by my wife. She has started a crafting business and likes to make me things to try stuff out.

You are covering up some of the really good stuff. -
Yes it is. Honestly I think that is a huge statue for the price. $650 for a big quarter scale these days is pretty good. It also helps that I had some sideshow reward points to use.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT FROM WARRANT PUBLISHING COMPANY: Okay folks, we recently finished a meeting with our trademark attorney and he's given us the green light to announce the HOST of our upcoming NEW MAGAZINE, which will be releasing in late 2020. We can't announce the title yet, but here she is! CARMILLA! She's the teen-age vampire title character of the 1872 vampire novel "Carmilla" by author Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu. CARMILLA! is a REAL vampire, not a space alien, and her sole job is to tell horror stories! This means that other than her origin story, which will appear in her first issue, she will NOT have a continuing series. At least for now. Although she's actually over 150 years old, CARMILLA'S real age is just 17, so KEEP IT CLEAN, GUYS!
