  1. I would not honor a take per PM without a PM. Buyer could just start making up his own deal.
  2. So three of the books were ended and the rest are still listed. I'm guessing those three sold elsewhere or they changed their mind.
  3. AS long as the GPA data being stated is accurate I have no issue with the above examples.
  4. For you Conan fans, Chronicle Collectibles released final pics today of King Conan. Should be up for pre order soon.
  5. I would love to have either of those. Doesn't matter to me that those books aren't considered desirable or expensive. Now if I could just find one.
  6. This was posted in another thread talking about Frazetta sig series by user NYComics. He is the one actually selling all the books I posted that are on ebay right now. Hey! I just did a re-read of this awesome thread. As Rockmyamadeus said there were about 120-125 Frazetta CGC SS done total. Chainnball did 1 signing and we did 2. We ultimately hoarded between 17-20 books. A good friend of ours on the boards here Makmorn who is also an insane Frazetta Fan helped us acquire some of the finest copies of his covers that we could find. We are now finally moving on and trying to acquire more key Marvel books. Our listing prices are high but this is for advertising reasons and we also have best offer available on the lisitngs. Thanks for looking, this is a great chance to add some one of a kind pristine CGC SS Books to your collection. -Sean
  7. I know patience is probably key, but I'm starting to think I will never see a Frazetta sig under 3K at this point.
  8. I think you could get one of the death dealer comics for $1200-1500 no problem. Three or four of those got done. Since they have literally no value unsigned. I would be happy to pay that if I ever saw one. This would be awesome.
  9. My completely unscientific thoughts are $1,500 is probably on the low side for adding value to any book at this point from what I'm seeing.
  10. I'm speechless. So much awesome in one thread.
  11. That sucks RMA. Must have been tough to let go.
  12. I did. The Vampi was my least favorite cover, but I went with it because it was a key. The Vampire - Werewolf battle was the one I really wanted. Creepy 7 would definitely be up there.
  13. I would seriously struggle if I had to come up with one book to get signed. I'm sure I would agonize over it.
  14. Pretty hard not to go with Vampi 1. Although a Weird Science Fantasy 29 would be close.
  15. Yep. Crazy high prices. And "flooding" the market seems like a terrible strategy to grossly overprice your books. And yes, they are awesome books. I don't think it is such a bad strategy and here is why: - If you price them at "market" you run the risk of too many of them selling.(I assume that he only wants to move a couple of them, and he is putting the variety out there, so people can choose their favorite cover) - ebay has moved to a BIN based model, so you don't want to start out anywhere but high, then people can make offers into a range that is palatable. - I don't think they are grossly overpriced. I think they are aggressively priced, and based upon their rarity and the really high grades, there is no reason to be anything but aggressive. Personally $7,500 vs. $2,000 - $3,500 seems grossly overpriced to me. I get your point though about offering so many. It will be interesting to see if any sell and what they sell for.
