While I wasn't able to snag one of these magazines, it did motivate me on getting a Frazetta sig. Not CGC, but I am 100% confident this is authentic. Bought it directly from an artist that worked with Frazetta on some comics.

You can't ask for a refund and then put someone on the PL for giving you a refund.

They have some Frazetta covers so it is OK in my book.

If the buyer can be put on the PL for not taking the one taco I think he should be able to put the seller on for not getting the other taco. Buyer posted the same thing for both tacos. Doesn't matter what he came back later and said. That being said I don't think anyone should be put on the PL for this.
