Seminole by Theodore Pratt Gold Medal 369 1st Printing January 1954 $30
I sold a 2nd print with the slightly smaller art before. This is the full version of the pretty daring wrap around nude GGA cover by John Floherty
Fine Plus. Square, tight and bright. Light spine and edgewear. Small dig in the spine. No creasing to speak of.

Vampirella #6 Snakegod by Ron Goulart Warner Books No. 86-090 1976
$50SOLD to NerVAn outstanding copy of this tough book. I don't think I've sold a copy of this one before. Complete with the insert ad for cigarettes. The classic cover from Vampirella 89 was used for this last book in the series.
VF Minus. Square, glossy and tight. Has a hairline spine crease, small bend on cover and a few little touches of wear at the edges. Beautiful.

This is awesome, looks like there were only two digest sized issues. I'm assuming that's why Fictionmags is noting it as paperback, but it's not really that small. Or is it?
Any Maguire linework inside?
It actually just fits into a paperback sized bag. It's a skinny 100 pages as well. Great little mag, historical as well with the early Maguire.
Don't know who did the linework inside, it's unsigned. There's a vignette at the head of each story, one or two look like a different artist maybe.

Off Beat Detective Stories January 1960 Bullet through the ear cover $40
Cult classic series with insane cover by Carl Pfeuffer. Super hard boiled stories by the usual 1950's crowd..
VG/VG Plus Solid, tight and bright. Has a bit of slant, creasing, soiling, a host of little things, mostly on the back, but she still looks damn good

Stag Stripper by Gene Harvey Novels, Inc. No. 9 No Date, probably 1949
$25SOLD to OuterBoroGuyEarly Good Girl Digest with a nice stripper cover. These digests don't get any easier to find these days. I'm going to put a few up this sale.
Square and tight with great color. Some light creasing and wear. Clean spine. Very collectible copy.

The Kidnaper by Robert Bloch Lion Books No. 185 PBO January 1954 $60
Bargain copy of this rare Bloch PBO with one of the sickest Lion covers. This was my keeper for a long time.
Front cover looks great. Cover reinforced to the spine with archival tape. Some dots of marker touch up to spine lettering.

We Have Always Lived In The Castle by Shirley Jackson Popular Library 75-8106 September 1970
$25SOLD to OuterBoroGuyIf you know, you know. One of the most oddly magical books I've ever read. Other collectors must know because finding any copy of the Popular pb editions with the original Bill Teason cover of Merricat peering through the fence in decent shape is tough.
Tough black cover book. Has spine stress, edgewear, scraping on the back but still a displayable copy that can still be read.

Drawn To Evil by Harry Whittington / The Scarlet Spade by Eaton K. Goldthwaite Ace D-5 PBO 1952 $65
The Saunders negligee cover on "Evil" is his best GGA of the early Ace run. Super tough book in any shape, this was my keeper for a long time. I only just upgraded recently.
Square, tight and bright with a scattering of edgewear, mostly along the spine edges, and small creases. The main images look great with no big creases.
Take
An amazing cover

1984 by George Orwell Signet NO. 798 1st PB edition, 2nd Print October 1950
$45SOLD to TheComicsPreacherNice looking bargain copy of the classic Alan Harmon "Big Brother" cover art. Early printing color scheme with the red banner at the top.
Has a nice appearance. Square and tight with higher grade structure, no big creases, just edgewear, mostly to the spine. Colors are bright but darkening at the edges as are the pages so I'm discounting this one.

Wild Parties by Max Lief Novel Library No. 40 1st PB edition 1950 $40
Tough later number from Avon's racy sister line. Who doesn't love a wild party? Great GGA
VF minus. Square, tight, bright and new looking. Has a touch of spine wear, a little dent at top front and bottom, that's about it. Feels very fresh and new.
