  1. #'s 71-75 Star Wars Mace Windu Jedi of the Republic TPB (One of the well lost count of Star Wars miniseries out there.) The story was pretty good, the art however was not like some of the other Star Wars series. Main background, the republic took over a planet to take their flowers/plants as a new energy source. In a flashback scene Mace as a Padawan was brought to a planet where a imposter Jedi tried to take advantage of serious health crisis. 925......
  2. #'s 65-70 Star Wars TPB Out Among The Stars; Collects Star Wars 33-37 & Annual #3 My last post I commented how I thought it was a cheap shot in regards to the Screaming Citadel trade. It wasn't the Star Wars issues in that one were not reprinted in this trade. So people that only collect/read by trades weren't forced to rebuy the material a second time! Love the story, starts off with R2D2 going rogue (after a Chewbacca upgrade), and taking out single handedly a dozen Storm Trooper troops on an Imperial Star Ship and when flying away, attempts to take out Vader as well. Can't imagine what would happen if you give the little guy expresso! 930........
  3. #'s 60-64 Star Wars Screaming Citadel TPB Collects: The Screaming Citadel #1, Star Wars: Doctor Aphra #7-8, and Star Wars #31-32 Overall a good read where the villain teams up with the good guys, a dark wookie gets a mind controlling bug in its brain to make it go into a rage, and Han Solo is temporarily king of a mindless planet of brainwashed citizens. My main thing is, this is a cheap shot by Disney. Aphra has her own trades, as does Star Wars, they could have done a few other one shots I feel.... The citizens found out one thing though, "Let the Wookie win!" 936......
  4. I'm looking to do it come end of June if it is healthy to do so. Garden State Comic Fest has Kevin Eastman, Jim Lawson, and Steve Lavigne. Want to add to these older e-bay purchases, (their signatures on the back cover), then CGC certified.
  5. #'s 56-59 Star Wars Allegiance (Journey to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker) TPB collects the miniseries #1-4 A backstory as to how Mon Cala was reconnected to the new war with the First Order. 941.........
  6. Alas, I don't own the sketch in the previous post. One day I'll get a commission like it. My infinity gauntlet however, is just as powerful.
  7. #'s 51-55 Star Wars Age of Republic Heroes TPB. Collects Star Wars: Age of Republic- Anakin Skywalker, Padme Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Got Jinn, and Star Wars: Age of Republic Special. Have to admit a little disappointed, this is supposed to collect the heroes from the Age of the Republic. Jar-Jar only made a few panels in the last story. Although, he did use a light saber to take out two troopers in one blow! Then....almost took himself out. I always try to give Jar-Jar the respect he deserves! He has connections after all...... 945.......
  8. #'s 45-50 Star Wars Age of Resistance Heroes TPB collects, Star Wars Age of Resistance- Finn, Poe, Dameron, Rey, Rose Tico, and Star Wars: Age of Resistance Special. Really liked the storylines (each hero had a backstory of how they came to the scene plus a bio page.) This is yet another one of the countless Star Wars Series going on through Marvel. One day, I'll make it through my back log! 950.........
  9. #44 Normally I don't post photos not sketched, but this hard cover one shot by franco and Sara richard is brilliant! The Ghost, The Owl Actionlabcomics.com Only 956....
  10. The art on the Ragnarok covers looks awesome!
  11. #'s 38-43 Star Wars Target Vader TPB Collects the entire miniseries 1-6. Really good plot line, just wondering though when they will stop trying to take out Vader. Only 957.....
  12. I've ever only read Waid with a small handful of the original series from time to time. Waid's run on DD was really good, I wish he continued it. Thank you for the info.
  13. How does it compare to the Mark Waid run a few years ago?
  14. Maybe they are hoping to find a buyer who wants to crack it out for signature series? Such as the Defenders and have Joe Sinott sign the 9.6. Bought a 9.4 1990's power ranger book once slabbed, now it's signed by entire original cast and pressed to a 9.6. Everyone has a reason for slabbing.
  15. Now up to 37 read. Scooby Doo Where Are You #103 -Really liked how the second story had a twist in the plot. Batman #12 First appearance of Harley Quinn in comics.... the $1 reprint (Original way too expensive, and I enjoy originally Scooby art too much to attempt to purchase a first print!) Finally got to read it though thank you DC/Marvel for starting $1 reprints. Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II TPB (6 issues collected) - Just as brilliant as the first series, and I love the art of Freddie E. Williams he makes a wicked Master Splinter. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge TPB (5 issues collected) - One of the many Star Wars miniseries bound in TPB form. Brilliant art and the storyline is pretty good too. 963 to go......
  16. Now up to 24 read. Scooby Doo (2010 Series) #'s 99-102 Scooby Doo Team-Up # 50 (Really wished they didn't cancel this series. But they did end it with a lot of homage to older Scooby cartoons and series so a nice ending!) Ghost Rider #14 (why can't comics be 25 cents again) Only 976 more to go....
  17. Got a bit busy (considering 5+ years behind in reading still behind). Poe Dameron TPB Vol. 2. 6 issue trade Darth Vader TPB Vol. 2 6 issue trade Star Wars Lando Double or Nothing TPB (5 Issue trade) Total: 18 Issues down and 982 to go. Get all the new Star Wars Trade as they come out, just never seem have the time to read. All are brilliant series both in art as well as storyline.
  18. First one down, 999 to go. Filmation's Ghostbusters Issue #1 Figure might as well read it once before it gets signature series hopefully in August.
  19. R.I.P. Allen, One of the nicest people you will ever meet. Had the honor of meeting him at a convention once after he did a at home commission for me. He laughed when I told him which commission he did for me. First time he did Scooby Doo.
  20. As a life long Scooby fan, I'm in awe. Never thought I'd see so many 9.8's in one spot. I'm hoping to have Mark Evanier sign four Mark Jeweler Scooby Variants later in the year....if the con isn't cancelled the is. Good luck with upgrading!
