OP I am really hoping that the slab finds its way to you. I know it is easy for someone else to say when they aren't in the middle of this but I hope you are taking a different tact when communicating to the FedEx personnel trying to help you. There is a time to talk lawsuits, damages and consequences but IMO it is too soon for that. You need these people working for you and doing WIT to help you and the best way from experience to have that happen is to be kind to them and to regularly voice appreciation for all that they are doing to help you resolve this problem - that will make them work harder for you while the opposite tends to be true when they perceive someone to be a Richard on the other end of the phone. Regardless, I am anxiously awaiting the post where you let everyone know that the page has been found and is in your hands. So sorry that you have to go through this. Patrick

Couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with! Jack purchased a AMS key from me that needed to be re-holdered because of problems with the recently changed slab. I just found this thread and had a few things to share. A few months ago I went too a charity dinner in Hartford and one of the silent auction items was the Ghostbusters garage and a private tour of the lego campus. I am not a Lego collector by any means but knowing how much my 6 and 3 year old love Legos I was intent on winning it (even though the Ghostbuster garage is way out of their age range coupled with the fact that they have no idea what Ghostbusters is). So I ended up winning the garage plus the tour and we are looking forward to that experience in the coming weeks! The other thing I wanted to share are two display sets I have. Below are the pictures of the Star Wars set and the other I believe is Lego Castle or Knights (I forget but if there is interest I can certainly share photos of that set as well.
