  1. Ok, you need to stop. For at least a month now. You have saturated the market and brought down all JSC values!
  2. Been pulling from $1 bins and Overstreet priced $3.00 BI bins in multiple states since the character's announcement. $15-25 with some $10 for low grades.
  3. Her powers were changed to reflect her name, the writers intentionally changed it to fit better for the movie.
  4. Depends on what the blank book is mostly. I mean drawing an Optimus on a Drift Blank cover might be ok for a personalized sketch, but a Drift sketch on a Drift book seems a little more logical. I would say a character or scene from the book would be best, but even some of the RI covers show a scene that has 0 to do with the book. Or your Favorite bot. The 2 Sketch MTMTE #1 1:100's I have were done by Burcham (Colorist). Tappet and Jhiaxus were the characters I got randomly, and it is only a small head picture, not a huge page spread. They had a few, but IDW sold out long ago. If I had some of the newer Sub Variants (Issue #46 for both ongoings) IDK, Tarn and Megatron might be good fits for the MTMTE cover, Fort Max was on the Artist Editions RI and would make a great sketch, and Optimus vs. Galvatron seems to be the ongoing (Formerly RID) theme. Arcee and the other new Fem-Bots would be a good one as well. We also have a new All Female Combiner showing to be a little popular. You bring a very valid point. It seems to make a lot of sense. Much more sense than I have been doing in practice. My sketch covers have all been 80s movie themes. A re-imagining of a movie poster or movie scene with G1 characters. Every time I take a request like that to an artist at a con or through the mail they sound very excited to work on it. I supposed they could be just acting nice. But it makes me happy to see that they are acting excited to do a commission like that. If they like the subject they are drawing, then it's not really work. If you truly love IDW and what they have done with the title, then please start to embrace the foundations they have built upon. I mean, Megatron the Autobot!!!!!!! How much cooler can this get? (It can, but you wouldn't believe me.) Yes a LOT of fans were completely against a return to Earth in issue #28 of RID. It has since proven to be a very impactful arc on all of TF fiction bringing in the 13 Primes, and the additions to the their religion and creation stories.
  5. It depends on readership locally, and I am kind of pleased to hear this books numbers are lower, just means they are a little more realistic. Like Ultimates too, not a whole lot of readership, but well written books. A lot of books numbers are propped up by Variants. We have the readership to support 40 copies of A-Force at my local store. However, we now have "propped up" DEADPOOL. 4 variants every issue is getting to be ridiculous, but I'd buy as many copies of the WOP Deadpool 2099 cover as you can find. It's the one to have.
  6. I had no problem grabbing A-Force #3 in both Variants (1:20 Cho and 1:25). They were luckily still on the shelf at open today, although they were supposed to be in my pull box but that slipped through the cracks. (ignored)

  8. Nope. I beat that "Best" mark by a lot by getting raws and submitting myself. OK, meet back here in 5 months and we will see what 9.8's are going for then. OK. I still got one for $50 raw, no matter what I'll be fine. Thanks for the concern though. 1. I wasn't concerned about you specifically. It was your statement about buying Deadpool books now, at the height. 2. Where are you going to get Deadpool #1 for $50 in NM+ or better condition now? It's been a $100 raw book for at least 6 months. This is EXACTLY what I am trying to convey. IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH, YOU MAY FIND WHAT YOU SEEK. Even at the height (which, wait for the blu-ray release wave if you think this is the height.) there are deals to be found, and what I enjoy most about collecting/trading/buying/selling. A few auctions ending at poor times, a few local stores who used Overstreet to price, or that pressable copy with no color breaks or bad corners, just some waves. There are things that fall in my lap sometimes, and some books that I can never get my hands on in the condition I want no matter how many copies I buy. So....increase your chances in smart ways. The universe has balance like this.
  9. All Hail Optimus part 1 in Transformers (Formerly Robots In Disguise) #50 was another well written issue! This is going to be yet another, huge, breadcrumb leaving, detail oriented, resolving plot issues from 25+ issues ago while creating more questions than answers, and I AM FINE WITH THAT!!!!! I know a lot of fans HATE Earth Transformers stories, but since Issue #28's return to Earth, there has been some alignment of some TF fiction into a single continuity (Involving Beast Wars, and a few others for the post 84 show fans) and the handling of of past stories in continuity (All Hail Megatron) that come into play again. Dark Cybertron Prophecy is once again VERY RELEVANT. OPTIMUS has a weird dream, in which he has a vision: Having this come together into one universe is proving that IDW is doing it best. More than Meets the Eye #50 was pushed back 2 weeks and some pages leaked. I won't spoil anyone there but recommend you pick up both issue 50's.
  10. Thanks man, we got hitched in October, and waited for a splurge trip. We have done a bunch of hiking, beach going, pool swimming, hot tubbing, driving and other "marital" things. Today we are watching the 40-50ft waves of "The Eddie" surf competition from the comfort of our room an Island away. I heard this kind of swell is "Once in a lifetime....", the waves are still huge by us too though. It's been a poor outside weather day but is clearing up and only 3pm here. I have time! haha live: here

  13. Yup, or this guy: Avenging Spider-Man #1 1:100 At least Spider-Man is actually on the cover to his own book! PM me where you think I should go to compare these Mountains, Caverns, and Beaches on Kauai. It is nothing at all like Oahu, Honolulu reminds me of New York City with a nice climate and a few beaches more than any "paradise"
  14. 1st Blind Al is really what is moving this book I think. Besides the fact it was a nicely illustrated, and well written book. Glad to see it hitting. IDK why! If you can buy them right and aren't looking for a personal copy, they are an instant flip. I'm only looking for a few lower print books for my PC. There are trends, and there are cult classic followings. Deadpool is more Cult than Trend. I see this train only getting faster, so buy while you can with millions of new fans now looking for these books. And like the Liefeld (2015) #1 Variant, I have no dump to go with this pump.
  15. I am currently on Kauai for my Honeymoon and know your statement to be 100% False. I do own the MJ Color cover, and have been to Hawaii. Twice.
  16. This falls into the same Category as Captain America White for me, going to pass.
  17. Book has sold consistently around the $20 mark for a long time.
  18. Andrew Lincoln said the final episode "made him sick to his stomach" so I'd imagine "Lucielle" is gonna meet someones temple. Strap in, cause Negan will likely show up last episode of the season, or sooner.
  19. Deadpool (2008) Variant by Liefeld, I had a few slip away, but nabbed what looks like a 9.6. There is a 9.4 CGC at $160 on eBay , I asked the seller if it had been pressed and he said not likely, and it was his brothers whom passed away. Someone here should nab it, crack it, press and resubmit. A "9.6" (not really though, a really rough looking corner) raw sold for $177 the other day. Sold listings on eBay
  20. 2nd print rumored to be 5k copies. 3rd will be way larger as you stated, to fit demand.
  21. Swords of Sorrow's cover was nice too. Sweet. I may have to press/grade and hope for a 9.9! My copy is a 9.8 at least (I hope).
  22. Sounds like you never have ordered from DCBS. Every book I have gotten from them is NM. Not always NM+/MINT but sometimes yes.
