@Gotham Kid this has been fixed and should be reflected in the census next week. Thank you for your patience.
  2. Hello @Jasonmorris1000000 I just wanted to confirm that this has been completed. Thank you
  3. Hello @Nico70 Avengers #675 can be located in the Avengers (Complete Legacy Run) Set. ASM 700 can be found under Amazing Spider-Man (Complete). We do not currently have a set for ASM 701-800. If you wish to have the set created, please create a post on the thread below. Thank you
  4. Hello @Thomas Capps unfortunately the census does not track the amount of signatures per book. It will only distinguish the "category" of book such as universal, qualified, etc.
  5. Hello @RalphBB can you please provide the certification numbers of the books and I will try to assist you with finding the proper set location?
  6. @Comic_infonow Thank you for your question. You are only able to add one of each type of book per set. You may add variants of a specific book to the same set if the set where applicable. The registry is designed to allow collectors to build sets of each title to gain points in order to display their collection and compete for complete sets.
  7. @Comic_infonow this has been added. My apologies for the delay as this was posted under the wrong section and was overlooked. Please use the "add new slot" thread for future requests. Thank you for your patience.
  8. Hello Everyone, I have taken over the CGC registry and chat boards recently and have been trying to catch up some of the older threads. I apologize for any delays during the transition. Mollie was a rockstar and we have some moving parts while we transition into our new roles. Feel free to contact me on the boards or at the email below. mgens@cgccomics.com
  9. @nepatkm my apologies for the delay. When a book is added to a set but the "slot" does not exist yet it will go into a pending queue. This typically happens when we create a set but have not graded certain books in the set prior to creating it. We monitor the queue and add the slots in the order by which they are received.
  10. @Juggernaut1981 When a collector attempts to add a comic book to their registry set but it is owned by another member, we receive a "failed add." This places the book into a queue while we wait for the current owner to approve or reject the transfer. The book will be automatically transferred to the new owner in about 7 business days.
  11. 2020 "I WANT THIS TO BE ADDED TO A SET" REQUEST (*PLEASE READ- BIG CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE*) This is the thread where you can request that issues or titles be added to existing sets in the CGC registry. (If you would like to request an entirely new set, please use 2020 "THIS SET DOESN'T EXIST, PLEASE BUILD" REQUEST Please list the EXACT TITLE OF THE SET you wish to expand in your post and the TITLE, ISSUE NUMBER, and VARIANT. It is preferable if you use the wording that is on the CGC label for title & variant. This information can be found by looking up your CGC Certification Number. Providing the Cert number is greatly appreciated as it speeds up the research process. (Please note that books must be shipped from CGC and appear on our Census before they can be added to the registry) Here are some examples: Set: Howard the Duck (2016) Book: Howard the Duck 1 Lim Sketch Cover (Certification Number Optional) Set: Skottie Young Cover Set Book: Black Widow 1 Young Variant Cover (Certification Number Optional) If a book is being requested and there is a discussion or disagreement with the removal or addition of that book, then more time will be allowed for the discussion to take its course before the book is added or removed. When the book has been added, I will "LIKE" your post, so you know when the book is available. Hopefully, this will make it easier for you to see whose request was filled last and how many request are left until yours. *Posts that have been edited after the original posting date will now be skipped and not revisited. Meaning, if you add more to your request at a later date, I will not fulfill it. Your request will be ignored and you will need to resubmit your request. In short, don't try to skip others. I'm hip to it. Don't do it. Make a new post for your new requests, don't add to the old one. If you have any questions, please contact me at: matt@cgccomics.com Thank you for participating in the CGC Registry!
  12. 2020 "THIS SET DOESN'T EXIST, PLEASE BUILD" REQUESTS (*PLEASE READ - BIG CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE*) This is the thread to request full set additions to the CGC Registry. (Requests for expansions to existing sets can be made in 2020 "I WANT THIS TO BE ADDED TO A SET" REQUESTS) Please add your request to this thread. Also, check to make sure that the set does not already exist on the registry (it helps to skim through this thread and make sure another user hasn’t requested it already, too) Certification numbers of CGC Graded books will speed up the research process and are preferred. IMPORTANT: *There must be more than one issue/book in the set or graded by CGC to create a set. As a rule, if there is only one issue graded (even if the issue & variant of the same issue are graded) we will not make the set. We prefer that there be evidence of someone collecting the series rather than just having passion for the one issue. You are welcome to display these books in the custom registry sets until you are able to obtain and grade additional issues. CGC reserves the right to reject a set creation request if it is deemed to be obscure or unpopular among the collecting community. We want the registry and its sets to be inclusive to all members, therefore some sets may be recommended as custom sets instead of competitive. *Any request for a "custom" or specialized set that is competitive will need a list to be provided. The complete list of books should be included in the request post. Competitive "Custom" sets are currently limited to Cover Artist complete sets & Mini-series/One-Shots sets for a character/title. Any others should be created using the non-competitive custom set option now available. Please note: Custom/Specialized Sets expanding across different titles are very time consuming to build. Please be patient. When the set has been added, I will "LIKE" to your post directly, so you know when the set is available. I hope that this will help with the thread to not be so lengthy and be easier to see who's request was filled last and where you are in queue. If you have any questions, please contact me at: matt@cgccomics.com All the best for your collection in 2020!
  13. 2020 "THIS SCORE NEEDS FIXIN" REQUESTS This is the place to request that scores in the CGC Registry competitive scores be evaluated. You may have slight disagreements with scores, but some of those slight disagreements just boil down to a judgment call. What we're looking for here are clearly incorrect scoring examples. Please provide links, sales histories or any other data that may be helpful in making the appropriate changes to the score. When making requests, please use full title of the book and publish date. There have been so many reboots, I just want to make sure that we are looking at the same book. I understand that you are anxious to have you scores updated, but let's take this slow. Start with the key issues that irk you most and need the attention the most. Please try to avoid request like "Update all scores in X-Men (1963)." While I agree, some of these type of requests will be valid, I would like to focus on single book upgrades that are grossly under valued in points and less of the 700-800 books need to go up one point. Multiple people, requesting 700-800 all at once, is only going to clog the pipe. I am not saying "no" to these type of requests. I am just asking if we can hold off for a bit. *Posts that have been edited after the original posting date will now be skipped and not revisited. Meaning, if you add more to your request at a later date, I will not fulfill it. Your request will be ignored and you need to resubmit your request. In short, don't try to skip others. I'm hip to it. Don't do it. Make a new post for your new requests, don't add to the old one. ***If the score simply has a “0” just PM me and I will fix it.**** Thank you for your patience and participation in the registry!
