Honestly though, I cant imagine a book in that state hitting 9.8. There are even stress lines by the bottom staple. Looks like either it was damaged at some point after grading or else there was some type of switcheroo and that is not the original book. 

Just looked through other books in that submission and it included 17 books that were all ASM 361s for the Bagley sig. There are no graders notes for this cert number, but several other books in the submission have multiple tears, etc. I wonder if something happened to the books on the way to CGC or something like that. 

Well, maybe someone will get a sweet deal on the 9.8 that wound up in the 5.0 slab.

For extra security, you can use two boards in a window bag, one of which you’ll use to cut a commensurate square with the one in the bag.  You can cut those at the same time with a razor blade.  

But like @ADAMANTIUM said, never cut with the book in the bag/board.  Definite unintended consequences would result.

General turned gladiator, where have we seen that before?  Sounds like this will suffer the standard sequel trap of being too much like the original, should ascend straight to the pantheon of sequels no one asked for or wanted to see.

However...my opinion will quickly change if Denzel isn't actually in the movie and is instead just doing the voice for the dog with the shifty eyes.

I highly doubt that we will suddenly see an influx of GSX1 9.9 in the near future.  I will even bet we won't see another single one pop up in 9.9 at all.  That's my counter argument to the video.  CGC would lose all credibility if that happens and this whole comic book collecting/grading thing would be a total joke.
