    Something that just popped into my head -- As per the trailers, if Jean doesn't get bestowed with her Phoenix power until flying into space in The Last Stand 2, then why does she get a bit Phoenixy at the end of Apocalypse? Obvious answer is that its just more BS from Fox, but still, doesn't anyone compare notes these days?

    You're right, in all likelihood eBay will back you in any dispute since you'll probably receive a copy of the March 8th Shanghai Times, if you receive anything at all. But, why put your money on the line in the first place? If all indications are that this is a scam, why go through the hassle just for the EXTREMELY small chance that the auction is legit?
