  1. Thanks for keeping us posted, that you're eventually made whole from this ordeal.
  2. But stock up on your Uncanny X-Men 282s apparently. 9.2 and below only.
  3. I’ll ship him my signature series set for free in exchange for one bitcoin
  4. These days sure, but even looking back, there was a starting point in history where Gold and Silver required the faith of a group of people to become an accepted currency.
  5. Bitcoin is a lot like PayPal - it was first to the party in an industry that is becoming increasingly congested, so it has name recognition and early buy in. Will that keep it on top of the crypto heap in the long run (assuming there is a heap)? Beats me.
  6. You didn’t answer my question
  7. Ultimately, what makes anything a currency other than faith?
  8. Featuring special joint Q&A with hologram Stan Lee and hologram Tupac.
  9. It could potentially benefit you in terms of reduced transfer fees. But we are also in the midst of a parabolic rise in Bitcoin price, so if the price action cools off you could lose value in the short term.
  10. Do you have any prior experience with bitcoin in general?
  11. Things will never change at McCormick Place. Unless you're a male going #1, avoid the show floor bathrooms at all cost. As long as you can deal with another trip through security, get outside the show area and find one of the less trafficked facilities to do your business.
  12. Drek to most, early retirement to BITCOINSWAMI.
  13. I’m guessing “key” was very loosely defined. X-Men (1991) 1, Wolverine (2003) 1, Cable 1...
  14. You’ll change your tune once someone finds the Action #1.
  15. So just who is Mysterion??? Wait...wrong book. Necessities first: Payment: In addition to PayPal, I will also accept check/money order/Zelle, though the book will be held until clearance. Payment due within 10 business days. Shipping (domestic): Book will be shipped via insured USPS priority mail. Domestic shipping is included in the listed price. International Shipping - exact cost, minus the US shipping cost. Please inquire first for an accurate quote. Returns: No returns on CGC books as you know what you're getting. On the HoS? Probation list? Or I simply don't like you (aka on my ignore list)? Don't bother. Can provide board references if needed (no name dropping here), and over 1700 positive eBay feedback as well -- https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=792mn. And I've got a fledgling kudos thread started (link is in my profile page). First wins the book outright, no offers will be considered on this one. Onward! Amazing Spider-Man 13 -- first appearance of Mysterio. A beautiful blue label 4.5 with white pages, this book has seen significant appreciation this year. A 4.5 sold on eBay for $914 shipped just last week. HOWEVER...that book had cream/off-white pages, tanning to the covers, and some guy's name written on the front cover. My book? None of those things Ask on this one is $1000 shipped, and that asking price is firm. I would consider a cash and trade that included an 8.0-9.0 range copy of ASM 66 though.
  16. With ASM 380 off the board, we'll cut the package deal price on Wolverine 7 / X-Men 96 to $150 shipped.
  17. A Spider-Man divided cannot stand!!! Necessities first: Payment: In addition to PayPal, I will also accept check/money order/Zelle, though the book will be held until clearance. And I've got a fledgling kudos thread started (link is in my profile page). First wins the book outright, well reasoned offers always welcome. Onward! As if the first appearance of the Hobgoblin weren't enough to get you interested in this beautiful 9.6 with Tattooz insert intact, and a newsstand no less, this copy has been signed by three stalwarts of the Spider-Man title -- Stan Lee, John Romita Sr., and John Romita Jr. And for three signatures on this cover, I don't think the placement could have been any better. Just a reminder -- we've already lost Stan, and from what I've heard, Jr. has said no more signings for dad either. So opportunity knocks here for the signature enthusiast. I don't have any comparable precedent to cite with this one, but the last couple blue label 9.6 newsstands that sold on eBay went for around $600 shipped, while 9.8 blues have been breaking $2 grand. With all considered... $1000 shipped
  18. New year, new prices -- take 15% off of whatever prices are listed above. Take all three books for $200 shipped (another $21 in savings).
