Police Comics #94 est grade 8.5 asking $260. Small ink spot on back cover. I own the Mile High copy of this book (a 9.4) - I paid $2,280 for that copy. You can have a maybe 9.0 for near 10% of that price.

The Flame 3 est grade 0.3 asking $90. Another true G.A. wonder. Never get tired of these. This is complete, but has extra staples and either some offset on the printing or a trim. A 3.0 sold for 2,040.

FANTASTIC COMICS #22 est grade 0.3 asking $220... coverless, missing centerfold. Includes a repo front cover. SOLD Cried myself to sleep over this many, many nights. Why? Well, a 5.0 sold for $19,200. Its mostly about the cover you say? Well, note a coverless Wonderworld Comics #7 sold for $2,520 so if you own the cover of FANTASTIC COMICS #22, well this is pure gold. Based on the 5.0 that sold for $19,200, I would value a complete coverless at $2,250. But, alas, this is missing a centerfold, which, is probably the most critical piece to a holder of the cover. So I'm sadly deeply discounting that defect.
