  4. Like everyone, I tend to accumulate books over time - occasionally there are some that get culled out. Be it purchased in a lot or change of heart (there are 3 books I think I bought off these boards previously). Of the 50 book to be listed (assuming I don't get change of heart on any again), 27 are Wilbur's (yes, I gave up on building a run). Many of the Wilbur's are from the "Steve Barghusen Collection" auctioned off recently at HA. Per norms, first or pm gets it. 14 day return for any reason - you pay return shipping in condition as originally shipped. Note, I'd rather sell to a boardie than on feeBay so if I'm out of line, pm me an offer. Payment via PayPal, thanks in advance. Shipping is $5 each, BUT because there are many smalls, if you purchase more than 1 book - shipping is free! My Kudos I'll keep an updated list here on the first post after I get through all the posts. 5. Wondering if there is a Headline #8 Okajima hiding out there somewhere?
  6. Too funny. Plus, I've been known to do some data analytics in my time
  7. I've posited this myself. Acknowledging there are literally dozens of factors that effect pricing, I too have at least felt (lacking any real empirical evidence, just observation) if a book is so rare that it virtually never comes up the interest level can seem muted, whereas books that are churning and rising seem to continue to generate further feeding frenzy.
  8. Its been a couple of years, but I sold a Captain America comics #38 on eBay, and like three times in a row a different bidder ID won the auction and never paid. It was really weird, like someone was just trying to keep me from really selling it. I finally took it down and waited a few months and eventually relisted it.
  9. Not trying to hijack GA comics on this thread, so asking for forgiveness in advance but had to share with comic folks (wife was just like Ehhhh... Okay?) My new custom GA keyboard and mouse-pad (complete with old school clicky keys).
  10. Aside from Boy Comics #11 (one of my favorites of all Golden Age) I've always found this Biro cover interesting.
  11. I've loved this series since I was a kid. My favs are #209, #214 and Buster Crabbe #5. Pleased to have copies in any condition.
  12. Interesting observation. Nope. There is an Action, Superman, a couple Sensation, Wonder Woman. No Batman has surfaced on this thread or GPA sales.
  13. Grabbed this, no monster's or babes but hard to miss Cole's black light poster color palette.
  14. Well done telerites, you were only one who went under $1,600! Now we can all watch the Shadow on clink.
  15. Wow, would you look at that! I had this listed as it was a GPA sale Aug-2015 ($312), but have never seen it. I think its a 2O (as 2N and 2Q have shown themselves) and this fits right in that gap publication release date wise. The Issue release date was 2/25/1944. I think the written date is 3/4/44. There are books coming out in drips and dabs lately. Thanks for sharing!!
