In general, it is better for a business to see this as free "Marketing Research" so one can tweak the scanner, or post a note to prospective customers etc.,. If someone is thinking it here, there are probably many others silently thinking the same thing not posting anywhere. In other words, properly handled this could be a cup half-full opportunity to make new loyal customers and solve issues, imho.

I guess this can go here (fits better than Show Us Your Ducks) for sure. Every once and awhile, I just pick something up outside the core interests just because it calls to me.
