  1. O.M.G. I feel so bad for you right now. I hope you're having a Merry Christmas! @Jennifer F.@CGC Mike
  2. Yes, it's mislabeled. It's missing the Combo Pack Edition designation. Attached pic shows what the label should look like ....
  3. Mislabeled Batman v2 21 Combo Pack Edition. My question is not where the heck was QC but where in the heck was the Grader?
  4. Nine Modern Fast Track Pressing & Grading submission. Delivered: 4/6/21 Hit Submission Tracking: 5/13/21 CCS Charge: 8/24/21 (CCS in Process) SFG: 12/17/21
  5. Works for me on both Chrome and FireFox. @Jennifer F.
  6. Better yet, take screen shot(s) of your Submission Tracking page if you have active submissions which you think might fall off soon. That's what I did.
  7. Sorry, my mistake. I misread your post. It's Monday morning
  8. cklamer, I think I've got you beat. I sent in two Fast Track Pressing & Grading submissions and they were delivered to CGC on 4/6/21. They hit my Submission Tracking list on 5/13/21. I was charged by CCS for the two submissions on 8/24/21. Now using today's date, 11/30/21, and the 4/6/21 delivery date, that's 164 business days. Actually, 166, including Columbus Day and Veteran's Day. Current documented time of FT Pressing is 158 days. So I'm now beyond 158 days. I've contacted CGC by e-mail and by phone numerous times and zilch happens. I spoke to a Lorraine in customer service last week and she herself didn't think something was right. She said she was going to contact pressing to find out what was going on and would get back to me if she heard anything from CCS. I never heard anything and still my submissions sit at "CCS in Process." @Jennifer F.
  9. Hi! I have two books which I would like to submit for grading. Thing is, they are store exclusive variants (same store) and as of this writing, they are not listed in the drop down list in the Variant section. So I must resort to hitting "new" and entering a name for the variant. Bottom line, my question is, do I put the name of the of the store as Store Variant A and Store Variant B -or- do I put the name of the artist and whether or not it's a trade or virgin variant. I have seen it done both ways making it somewhat inconsistent. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
  10. @Jennifer F. Jennifer, does this include pressing as well? Thank you!
  11. I don't know if they found them all but I just rechecked the tracking the number for my submission. My package is on the way and scheduled to arrive on 8/27/21 @kypackman
  12. Thank you for asking the question. I too am having the same issue with a submission sent out via UPS on 8/13/21. I also contacted Customer Service and was told an "investigation" was currently underway whatever that entails. @Jennifer F.
  13. Hi, There is no Comic Tom variant for issue 7 in the Thor (2018) run. The variant you speak of is in the Thor (2020) run. And a slot exists in the Thor (2020) registry set for that particular variant. Hope this helps. @wytshus
  14. I first saw them on eBay but when I saw Reece's were the sellers, I scooted over there and purchased directly from them
  15. I love the John Severin cover to Western Gunfighters #9 and his depiction of The Black Rider. So much so, I was inspired to have a Bowen Designs Western Ghost Rider mini-bust converted to a Black Rider mini-bust by one of Bowen's sculptor/painter back in 2006. I was really pleased with how it turned out.
  16. Not CCS. Yesterday morning TAT's were hovering between 82 to 85 days. This morning it's 126 days
  17. I've had a somewhat similar experience (but different field) happen recently. In late 2019, my veterinarian (of 24 years) told me her practice would be under "new management" come 2020. When I asked her what that meant, she said she decided to sell the business to a company which would allow her more time to deal with pet care and not have to worry about the business side of things. Flash forward to January 2021. After bringing one of my dogs in for treatment, said vet told me she hated the place, selling the practice was a huge mistake, and that she was going to retire in May (which she did). The practice has since been renamed and where there three vets at one time, there is now only one. And she is not full-time. One of my dogs has been vomiting off and on. I called them today and asked if could get someone to check out my pooch. The receptionist told me there were no vets on duty today and that she would have to call me back tomorrow regarding availability. Either that, or take my dog to the local pet ER clinic. Oh and the vet that stayed, she's not back until 7/13 and she's already booked up. Time to find a new vet clinic. Then I see the e-mail today about CCG being bought out. A coincidence? Most certainly. I certainly hope history doesn't repeat itself here.
