@wytshus Hi Brian, Thank you for the recent Batman 125 adds to the Batman (Rebirth- 2016) set. Two requests, time permitting? 1. Can you please change the preface name of each slot. For example, instead of "Batman (2016) 125" can you make it just "Batman 125" just to be consistent? 2. Can you please return the "Batman 124 Variant Cover" slot to just under the "Batman 124 Reeder Variant Cover" slot? Screen cap attached. Thanks again!! Done. Dear CGC - I just saw the above mentioned submission move to G/E/I. However, line item 3 is not correct. On the Packing Slip, I put Batman 126 Jock Variant Cover. But on the submission page, it just says Batman 126. What is going on? Please see attached pics. Thank you and please advise.

@CMatthews I checked the Submission Tracking this morning and now everything appears to be in order. Also, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Submission 4090641 (Currently in Grading/Quality Control), line item 1, does not match the verbiage in line 1 on the packing slip. I spoke to Justin in CS on 7/14 and as of this writing, line item 1 is still not correct. Could you please pass this along to the verification team as well? Thank you!

Dear CGC, I just had the above mentioned Submission change from Scheduled For Grading to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. However, something has gone terribly wrong for what I see in Submission Tracking to what was documented on the Packing Slip. I'm attaching a portion of the packing slip followed by what I see in Submission Tracking for this submission. As you can see, they are vastly different. What happened? Thank you for your time and please advise.

If your slab has no inner well, then you should be able to return the slab as a Mechanical Error. When CGC first transitioned to the new slab holders back in 2016, there was no inner well. This started causing headaches for a number of us collectors because the books in those slabs had a wrinkly look to them. But they were not damaged. CGC quickly redesigned the holders so it would have an inner well. CGC offered to replace slabs with no inner wells with the newer holder, free of charge. I had a similar situation earlier this year where I received a slab I purchased off eBay but had no inner well. I checked and the book was graded in 2016. So I took pictures of the slab and forwarded them to submissions@cgccomics.com and explained the situation. They quickly responded and sent me instructions on how to return the slab to get it reholdered free of charge. I don't know if the statute of limitations on replacing slabs with no inner wells free of charge has run out but perhaps @Jennifer F. can enlighten us? Good luck!

Prior to July 5th, I sent in a MFT submission where I requested Fed Ex Ground (it's not so bad where I live). Once it hit my Submission Tracking page, I checked my CC account and noticed I was overcharged based on what was documented on the packing slip. I spoke to someone in customer service at the time and they said the overcharge was due to my return shipping method being changed to USPS Registered Mail. The rep looked at the packing slip and was puzzled as well. After some finagling, she was able to get it changed back to Fed Ex Ground and issued a credit back to my CC. Well today, my submission shipped ... it was shipped out USPS Registered Mail. Maddening.

Agreed. The only problem is when the winning bidder(s) don't pay. I just relisted two books because the winning deadbeats didn't pay up

@newfienorthcanada I'm sorry. Based on the Cert # you provided, below is what I found in the CGC Certification tool and thought I had the right set. Oh, and BTW, there is a separate thread for requesting new sets.
