Agree. 3K+/- sounds about right. +1. Last month, a CGC coverless (NG) sold on eBay--via Terry's Comics, Orange, CA--for 2,500. And that was a BIN buy, so thinking it happened pretty fast. 1.0s in rough shape can still be had at 5k+ 7k seems high 4-5k for a coverless is crazy high

Thanks for the replies. I'd be happy with $200 for it... just knowing that alone makes slabbing a worthwhile expense. For what little I paid for it, this is a nice surprise. I wasn't going to pay to slab it if I'd only get $30-40 for it.

Hey Guys, I have acquired a Sandman 18 comic book and recently realized it's got the 'rare' 3 blue panels on first page. condition is NM to NM+ and I have no idea how to value this thing. Deadpool and Harley aren't the new Batman... not yet, nowhere close and not for a long time. Deadpool should be closer compared to Punisher. One might say NM 98 is the new ASM 129. it's not going anywhere and will be viewed as a key in the same light

it's a wonderful site and a valued resource. I've used it multiple times. one suggestion (not sure it can even be done), but, is there a way to have the tool/search engine highlight only the sites that actually have the book. right now, it highlights them all...many of which don't have the book in stock/available.

For those that don't pay for GPA (myself included), gocollect.com is a go-to resource. it's a great site - thanks Granted, it is limited just with eBay sales data and I think that while eBay makes up a huge portion of the sales for any particular book, these sales almost always reflect the high end of FMV. If gocollect.com could pull sales data from the large auction houses, that would be awesome.

Kijiji has become useless. I responded to a bunch of comic ads earlier this week. the listings were no more than 24 hours old. of the 8 ads I replied to... I got 2 responses within 24 hours (1 of which didn't even answer my question) 4 days later, another person responded saying the books sold... (At least he apologized for being bad with responding) no replies from the rest....
