I have a Question what was the first Pre-Hero Marvel when did it all start and what does it take to be a pre-hero marvel does it have to have a Big Monster like Fin Fang Foom in it or is science fiction and Horor also part of Pre-Hero marvel I know my eairler Strange Tales didn't have the Big Monster Storys just mostly Horor are they considered Pre-Hero marvels. When I hear Pre-Hero Marvel I think BIG MONSTERS what does everyone else think about this? Hear is a Strange Tales #49 anyway have a look

I just bought a Giant Size Marvel Superheroes #1 yesterday that has 3 covers. The thing is, the 2 outer covers aren't attached, just floating there. Any idea how CGC deals with this? Thanks. I guess CGC does mention the outer covers being loose on Giant Size Marvel's now I just found this on ebay

Hi; Stronguy Hear are those MJ inserts in that ASM 315 their not very good but it was the best I could do with my scaner hope their of some use . And thanks BassGMan for the great comic it is very nice

I have seen a lot of Giant Size marvels and Annuals with extra coves that were not attached and I have seen several that CGC has graded it doesn't seem to mater wheather they are attached they will still grade them and I dont think they even mention that they are not attached on the label. I don't personaly have any like this so I could be wrong but I have seen them up on ebay several times like this. Hope this helps .

Hear is one I just won on ebay not only is it a Double Cover it has the mark Jewlers insert so it is a thick book .

HI Darth some very cool stuff I have thought about doing this but figured it would take a lot more time than I had. Just one thing is their a Kid Colt #219 35 cent variant on the census I will have to check?

I thought I would go ahead and post a scan of one my favorit ASM Double covers #154 even though it is not CGC graded it is a very nice comic!

Thanks Dice-X I am sure you are right I have no insite on this process other than what I have read hear it was just a uninformed and silly guess because of its shape. Did you work on these back in the 70's?

I not realy sure about the third one but I think if you look real hard you can see a hint of it, may just be in my mind though. Is it posible that the 35 cent price was placed on the negative with a small piece of clear tape in the shape of the white lines and the edges of the tape came out on the plate, is this posible or am I way off base?
