  1. I’m curious what’s going to happen to the comic market once the Indian, Chinese, south East Asian, Japanese, etc start hitting these books. I think it’s feasible since the movies are there. I sold a book to someone in the Philippines and know of a buddy who made several deals with someone in Singapore. Could this push af15 and other mega keys further?
  2. There Was a 2.5 signed copy on eBay with heavy chipping that was at 14.3k with several days left and it seems to have been yanked. Wonder if the seller accepted a private deal on it.
  3. My copy. I’d be open to downgrading to an 7.0-8.0 white pager (with no mis wrap) if anyone wants to upgrade. But definitely a book required for any silver age collection!
  4. Just to add, there's a couple sales on CLINK (which don't report to GPA) that are at 2202 and 2379. There was also an offer on one for 2550.
  5. 3% but ends up adding $1k on a book that big.
  6. Cgc 4.5 on clink with some minor chipping went for $34k with the premium.
  7. Did I say 400-500k? I meant $40-50k....lol
  8. Glad to be in this club. Quite possibly my favorite silver age cover. Presents way nicer than a 3 in my opinion! cover
  9. Congrats Rick! It’s a clean copy with great pq. I’ll miss her.
  10. So would this explanation be why a book with CR/OW can be just as supple as ow/w pages. Or am I misunderstanding.
  11. Not sure on convention. But I when I purchased from the site it got reported. I also confirmed with him over email.
  12. I know Greg Reece reports his sales to GPA, is there a way Highgradecomics can as well? Or is there a process to go through
  13. Hey Bob, you had some low grade AF15's on your site a couple weeks ago, then they were gone. Did they sell? @Bomber-Bob
  14. I was going to evaluate when in hand. As you said, although a book could have pressable features, it doesn’t always make sense.
  15. Must be. More bidders for entry levels. Myself, I would’ve just grabbed that 1.0 signed instead that’s on eBay.
  16. I’m thinking it’s the water stain on the top right. IF it goes through the whole book, I can see why it’s a 2.5. Regardless it’s beautiful!
  17. Thanks! Was reading the notes and it has pressable features
  18. A cgc 1.5 just finished at 10.5k. Has heavy moisture damage and mould on it. Figured that’d go for quite bit less then a normal 1.5. I would’ve looked at the book and not the grade here. Guess it shows the strength of the book at least with intro copies!
  19. Can’t remember if I’ve shared this one here. Picked up off the boards. Have never felt the need to upgrade it because it’s got OW pages and presents as good as most 4-4.5s I’ve seen.
  20. Book seems to be heading in the right direction. Glad to get into this grade over the summer.
  21. I have a book that's light tan to off white. Don't mind it at all. For all I know, its cream to off white if I resubmit. It's also golden age too and not a book very readily available, and when it is, it's usually out of my price range . I wouldn't do lt/ow if it were silver age and on as there are enough copies around.
  22. If anyone has a lead or has a copy of mask 1, weird ghostly 122, blue bolt 108, 110 and 114 that they would sell, please don't hesitate to contact me! I love this thread!
