Anything that reduces the amount of buyers that make offers and disappear is good with me. Payment should be automatic and immediate when a deal closes, be it auction, BIN or Best Offer.
Absolutely 100% agree with this.

I like to combine shipping so I still want that option.

Not sure if these fall in obvious or not, but the Book Market version of 546 with "Not For Resale" on the cover; the 1:10 variant of 546; 569 variants including the 2nd print; 570 2nd print; 572 2nd print; 611 2nd print (Skottie Young cover); 637 variants. There are a ton of ratio variants in the 600-700 issues especially.
If you come across this variant of 667, it's completely worthless - don't bother looking it up, just send it to me, thanks:
The 569, 570, 572, and 637 variants are there. There's a bunch more variants in the box. Are the Obama 583s still anything? There's a fourth and fifth printing variant.
No, the Dell'otto isn't there.

I sold another tonight. The book has legs I upped the prices on my last copies. I cant keep one for more then a few days. Funny at my last show last month at its hottest nobody asked about it on my rack when I had it at $20 now they are selling for $35.
Just bought a collection with a huge run of Amazing Spider-Man in it from about 525-900+. Besides the obvious ones, anything I should be looking for?

Screw you for selling comics at a profit that I sold to you at a profit! Only certain people in the product foodchain are allowed to make money. Rules are rules.
This is the truth.

On 7/28/2023 at 4:59 AM, Get Marwood & I said:When I was about 17, I used to go to a small comic shop down an alley near Tottenham Court Road. I went there regularly, and always left my bag at the counter which was the owner's - a proper misery guts - policy to stop people nicking things. One day I decided to sell all my Doctor Who memorabilia so I could buy some clothes to look half decent (that's another story). He bought the lot and paid me a pittance. About enough for a jumper. The next week, I went back to see if the latest Doctor Who Bulletin was in. It was always in the same place, just in the doorway, so I just stuck my head in to see if it was there. He promptly banned me, ordered me out and said "You never leave your bag". It may have been a case of mistaken identity, but I had the presence of mind to call him a tosser, reminding him that he'd only just ripped me off the previous week.
Anyway, they knocked it down in the end. With a bit of luck he was still in there.
Sir, we speak American here.

Shipping $15 in the United States, overseas/Canada (sorry) at cost. Paypal for near immediate shipment, other methods can be discussed. First in the thread takes a book. Again, not the point.
I think it is. If you have the time and can swing it, I'd fly there, not ship it. If you don't, registered mail is the way to go.

OK, now that you’ve tried to impress everyone by waving your wang at yet another thread, let’s get back to giving the OP real advice.
For example - @JBell60, registered is also significantly cheaper than Express. As long as you’re not in a time crunch on getting the books turned around from CGC, registered should be your best bet.
I actually kind of agree with Shad. If you have the time and can swing it, if its cheaper to fly to Tampa and rent a car to drive to Sarasota from where you are, do that. The books will never leave your hands and you'll be more secure. Plus you can see southwest Florida in the summer, which is always a thrill.
