...and this is at the other end of the 7.0 white page spectrum....I'd expect this to sell for more than $43k though as it's nicer than alot of 7.5's out there

I’m not thrilled about CT removal either but it’s not an easy book to find in that grade and PQ. I was hoping to land a reasonably priced decent copy in the 7.0 -7.5 range but settled on a 6.0 which I think I still overpaid for.

Man that sucks...Such a good guy. He was always trying to help the rest of us (especially noobs like myself) and had so much information to share. I knew he wasn’t doing well and this was coming but I’d kinda hoped he’d just pop up again. The boards just got a little darker, RIP Bob.

No worries...I am curious as to how you arrived at the $50 refund after a year...especially if you hadn't seen my other thread? I was trying to keep them separate so as not to influence anyone's opinion of the grade

Oh I probably should mention I bought this as a “VF” copy and at $400 I took a loss. I’d sold a bunch of other books and this was one of the last ones I cleared out. didn’t think having it graded would’ve netted much more so I sold it raw, as is. Next time 1) I’d get it graded and 2) will specify a return policy and 3) no more rebates after 12 months
