  1. I just submitted 5 books previously graded by Company X and here are the results: Crypt Of Terror #18 Company X: 5.5 Cream-Off White CGC: 5.0 Cream-Off White Batman #42 Company X: 7.0 White CGC: 7.0 White Batman #48 Company X: 8.5 White CGC: 8.0 White Batman #69 Company X: 5.0 White CGC: 5.5 White Showcase #14 Company X: 5.0 Off White-White CGC: 5.0 Off White-White I’m really happy with the results. Two books came back a half a grade lower, one book came back a half a grade higher, and two books came back the same grade. All of the books came back with the exact same page quality.
  2. Dave was a great guy to deal with! I was very pleased with the Tales To Astonish #44 that I received from him. I hope to do business again with him in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S!!!
  3. I have to admit that I am very guilty of cross promoting some of the sales threads here on an EC group I’m in on FB. Seeing the general consensus here now, I feel it was a bad thing to do. Sometimes some of the FB people would make snide remarks about the selling price or slabbed books in general. I only know of one member of the FB group who actually joined the CGC Board and he is a good guy who has bought a few things there. Anyway, sorry for rambling on but I do think it is a bad idea and I have now gone back and removed my posts with links to sales on the CGC Board.
  4. I bought a beautiful Crime Suspenstories #22 from Lee. He was a real pleasure to deal with and I hope to do business again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S
  5. I have been on the boards for a little over 2 years and although I’ve bought plenty of books here on the Board, this is my first attempt to sell something on it. I have one book. It’s one of the most famous covers in comic book history. I’m offering Crime Suspenstories #22 from April-May 1954 featuring the decapitation cover used in the Senate hearings in 1954. It’s a 3.5 Universal (very good minus) and presents nicely for the grade. I’m asking $2,000 plus $15 for priority mail postage anywhere in the United States. And no this book is not listed on EBay!! I am also open to trades for Universal graded All-Star Comics #11, All-Flash, Flash (Golden Age), All-American, or Green Lantern (Golden Age) if they are in my favor. First trumps any private negotiations. No returns on graded books. Payment by PayPal is my preferred method of payment. My Kudos: https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/topic/391778-ghastly542454-kudos-thread/?tab=comments#comment-9196225
  6. I recently submitted this Comic Cavalcade #19 that I’ve owned for 3 years that had been graded by Company “P” as a 7.0. I submitted it in it’s slab. I couldn’t believe it when it came back from CGC as an 8.0!!!

  8. That is great one too! I don’t own one though.
