  1. not feeling the art. Pass for me. I'm not either. Not digging any of the Champions covers really. Building off of that, I'm not really digging Marvel NOW!
  2. I've been collecting X-23 for a couple of years now; I'm glad to see she's finally taking off!
  3. Most likely sold out but MidTown previews sales go up 2 months ahead of time and get bumped off the following week's books. The books dont show up again for sale until the week prior to release
  4. I believe so, it was at least $68 on the site so add at least $20 when they hit eBay
  5. Doctor Strange AH variant comes out next week but its already sold out on Midtown
  6. There's a lot of people still wanting to know how this story ends, myself included! If and when Joe Mad continues with it, I'll be there
  7. Hey guys! Joe stopped by our weekly show yesterday to talk about Black Eyed Kids and Aftershock comics. It was a really great conversation and quite exciting talking to the creator of this book that we all love:
  8. Batman likes Mary Jane, thats where the visions come from
  9. Any level? CGC slabs have had Newton rings in one form or another since CGC opened 16 years ago. Where ya been? That level should be clearly defined so as to be consistent and should also be written in to policy and stated as part of the grading process / QA step. If it is I missed it but if not (could someone please point me to where it is written?) it makes sense. I understand Newton Rings have been around for some time, years and years in fact, but many people do not know this and are taken aback when they appear. Disclosing this potential and setting the expectation will only help. Also, where is the line drawn between acceptable and unacceptable? I'm glad you found that amusing

  13. Holy sir! What an excellent present to have in my mailbox last night. The book I bought from him was perfect, better than I expected it be in fact. and the package was like unlocking fort knox haha. I also NEED to mention that he goes above and beyond with communication and fairness and his effort to make every customer happy. We had some questions and a nice conversation and I have to say he went above and beyond what I expect, what a suprise sir So thank you and I absolutely look forward to purchasing from you again
  14. 601 or 607? Wow that's a tough one! For me 601 but only by a very small margin
  15. Finally!! J. Scott Campbell Store ORDER #6xxx Your order has been delivered
  16. All he has to do is sell the MHC warehouse store and he will be able to permanently retire. He can afford to set his prices at 3x market and sit on them and wait for a buyer to come along with that knowledge of his property value
  17. Apparently, I'm doing it wrong & backwards then. haha well if it makes you happy, it can't be that bad
  18. I do like the Joker cover but wish they would have included at least Harley with him as well. Turner did a nice head sketch of Harley. I wish they had done a Supergirl cover as well. I love his Supergirl and he's done some great pics of Wonderwoman as well. Sadly the pic that they chose for the Justice League cover wasn't one of the better ones. That's a beautiful head sketch! There are some amazing WW sketches in the 2006 (I think) convention sketchbook of Turners that are fantastic
  19. I love the Joker cover, I'm definitely ordering a set. I really wish they had done a MLT Supergirl cover. I know it wasn't part of the program like these books were but Turner's Supergirl work is beautiful and would have made for a tremendous part of this set of books.
