  1. Unlike sealed card packs, the Deadpool cards are visible from the bag. So you could probably go through a stack of polybagged ones rather quickly and get a sense of which ones are good candidates. There's a lot that are off-centered or have rough edges when they were cut from the card sheets. Also, you gotta consider that PSA is backlogged as of now and who knows if prices will hold by the time you get the cards back.
  2. Are there multiple prints of Love is Love? I see 2nd printings on eBay but prices seem relatively same to 1st prints.
  3. Moderns TNTs just went from 33 to 42 business days...
  4. C'mon Disney/Marvel !?! There's got to be tons of other concept artists to tap. Throw some old school Doug Chiang stuff from the scrap pile; those would be better. If this is some sort of preliminary pre-viz stuff, I still don't get the composition. I mean, that huge shadow mass in the foreground makes her look like a one-legged Jedi.
  5. He probably keeps the tags on the clothes he buys and returns them 2 weeks later after he's worn them. Tell him you're "selling" not "renting" books.
  6. Interesting...just CGC'd ones or raws too? Does this require a customized box if the books are stored this way?
  7. $8.99 cover price? Man, I feel old when I complained as a young lad that my 80's 75 cent comics jumped to $1 in the the 90's and then just went up from there every year. But I was just happy that my $1 purchase jumped 4x to $4 or sometimes more (Batman Death in the Family storyline, anyone?).
  8. There's a SDCC variant of issue #1 floating around to look for. At the LCS, sometimes I find the whole set cheaper than hunting/buying individual issues.
  9. I don't think I've ever seen the swings in TATs go up and down that much in a few days. That's good news...for now.
  10. I think fast track will "get back on track" once all these in-house signings are done or peter out a bit. When that is? That's the question.
  11. Every other day it seems I'm getting CGC's emails about signing events. I think its cool for the fact that covid has shutdown in-person events and this is a great service for those fans of signatures, but...boy, I just think of the current TATs on all tiers going by the wayside. Moderns just went from 40 to 44 BUSINESS days. That's almost another week added and the time from delivered to received (when the clock actually starts) seems to be getting stretched. At this point also, fast track doesn't have its appeal anymore. I might have to wait for the deluge of signings and upcoming holiday slowdowns to subside before submitting another batch. At least it'll help balance out the wallet come holiday spending.
  12. Wow. That's hella fast for slow track moderns.
  13. Whoa! Turnaround time for moderns were around 30 days a few days ago, now as of this moment its 40 days. Yikes!
  14. How does the SS Modern work? I see the different price tiers for regular Modern ($20) and Sig Series ($30), but I can't seem to find the online submission form aside from the regular Modern form when I choose the "grading" option. Is SS Modern grading only for private signing?
  15. Yes, I too have had books delivered by the carrier but only to be "received" a few days later by CGC. I think "received" is when CGC actually opens your box and scans the invoice which probably depends on how many boxes were delivered along with yours.
  16. For Conan #58, CGC just says "Belit appearance". Another eBay listing (kinda blurry).
  17. ...And CGC calls it out on their labels not as "cameo" but just "1st appearance of Belit".
  18. Are these slow or fast track? I've got one in the similar time frame but seems stuck in SFG.
  19. Correct me if I'm wrong but with the return of "changed my mind", as a seller are you reimbursed with any eBay and/or Paypal fees? It's not your fault that the buyer's reason was in the realm of buyer's remorse. Just wondering because if you do lose out on fees, I can imagine the losses accrued if it were big ticket items that were returned for similar reasons.
  20. Nice sales! I see that you ship worldwide (excluding a few). Are you seeing a jump in international buyers lately similar to what we were seeing domestically in late Spring?
  21. Do you guys know if eBay has a way of telling you which or how many blocked bidders actually have been blocked based on our blocked bidders list? I know that you can see (or partially see the IDs) of those that were blocked because they didn't meet a buyer requirement like "too many unpaid strikes". But wondering if we can actually see how many on our blocked bidder lists are actually getting the wham-o. Thanks.
  22. If they ever re-introduce Wolverine into the MCU or Disney+, this should be the framework for the promo poster.
