I also followed the 5.5...really nice book, I thought it would come in close to 50K...not far off I suppose.

Wow, congrats to them on the new office!

I had a 181 with the CVA sticker. I didn't mind it, but didn't pay a premium or sell for a premium. It can't hurt but meh.

I saw the tape stain too. Pretty sure that was professionally removed.
That was my thought as well. I wasn't sure if CGC always notes tape, but in this case I thought maybe it was just residue from removal...

Anyone following that Hulk 1 3.0 WP on CL? Looks nice, a bit pricey. I also can't tell if there is tape on the cover even though it's not noted.

it was a nice book. No marvel chipping, and I liked the sig actually.

I was hoping the pricing on the Clink 2.5 would be less so I could bid

I believe a good pressing would if anything improve the front cover eye appeal regardless of grade bump. Also it
maybe the camera but looks like possible spine roll as well.
It could also cause damage. I have a hard time thinking whoever got it slabbed didn't have CCS/CGC evaluate it first and make a call to do this if it would have benefited and not caused harm.

I think that sig over Spideys face in the AF15 is worse than the ASM1...zero chance I'd buy it unless discounted from market, and I love sigs!
OP - I do agree with you. I personally only buy books already signed so I know the sig -script and placement are what I would want. There is just no way I'm rolling the dice and hoping he signs it properly on a raw book.

I personally would not slab either of your comics. They are too low of a grade. It wouldn't be cost effective once you paid to ship them and paid for the grading/slabbing and paid to have them shipped back. Just enjoy them the way they are..... a couple of great lower grade comics.
Agreed 100%. You are losing money by slabbing these.

If I could, it would be AF15 and ASM1-700.
