While I understand the desire to debate/chat these topics, it's almost pointless, IMO. The fact is no one has an idea of how any "market" will react and if they did, they wouldn't be discussing it on some forum...they would be too busy enjoying their private island...
I hear the same chats about stocks...yet the same people who claim they know so much are hanging out in the same place as I am...
If you want one, buy it at market price, whatever it does from there is anyone's guess.

Glad it worked out!

Sorry to hear and hope it works in your favor...

I was wondering if that was the scene from ASM 33...I guess so!

You want to post this in the WTB section

AV4 for me

No one who has access to the internet and a computer would post a CGC slab of a "#1" book without knowing what it's worth.

I've added the insurance to priority ...

Wow, that 7.0 is stunning!

GG seems to be in a lot of the story lines from the different Spiderman titles...that's the one I'd pick

Those slabs open on the middle of the sides...it's the 4 corner posts that you want to make sure are intact. BTW, ASM30 probably wouldn't be worth the effort to "fake" per se..if they were going to do it, they would likely pick a bigger key...

Then Hulk 181s should skyrocket next since Wolverine is arguably the most popular Marvel character and draws the most love.
When do will we see the 200k 9.8 Hulk 181 auction?
I'm merely saying, even though I know the importance of JIM83, I'm not a big Thor fan so never would have considered the book. Don't we see the same happening on FF1? With SA books, Spidey is probably the biggest, and one that people demand the most. The book is also historically important.
Wolv may be a popular character, but is he historically important? GSXM1 might be more so for a bronze book, but maybe not as popular as Wolv on his own. AF15, Spidey, has both popularity and historical significance, and is older and more rare.
Again, I have no idea, I'm throwing out my own guesses.

If you had the option would you rather have an 8.0 and 7.5 or
one 7.5 and two 7.0s?
Personally would prefer the 3 copies as it would be hard for me to discern between a grade or two apart, vs. the clear distinction of having 3 copies instead of 2.

I personally found it easier to look into some cheaper books first, and then build up to more "key" books.

Movies may bring it to mind from marketing, etc., but IMO, solid characters/key books shouldn't be impacted a lot by the noise. Did XMEN1 move around a lot when the movies came out? I'd guess the majority of people who are buying AF15 are doing so regardless of a movie trailer, just my guess though.
