    You should call CGC directly since your situation is a little complicated with all the different options you are trying to do. I think the different "things" you are trying to get done will require separate invoice, but Im not sure if the website will do it for you automatically or you have to create them one at a time like you mentioned.

    My guess is you can pack the books separately with the appropriate invoices but ship them in the same box. You should call customer service and check to see what the process is though.

    yeah nothing special, just mislabeled. Had this happen to me on a couple of books in a lot. CGC will fix for free if asked.

    Highlight all the text in the post and then you should see an option to quote selection.

    Its an online form, just fill it out online and there should be a print option at the end. I dont think they provide a blank form anymore.
