Sorry...meant to say the artist has to mail the book directly to CGC. The form has your cgc account info, once the book is received at CGC they will contact you and ask you to fill out the submission form with your details including payment info. Then the book gets graded and mailed back to you.

You submitted the book, that was the issue. The creator agreement only works if the form and book come directly from the artist.

Consider the pre-screen process if you are after 9.8s. It requires a minimum 25 books submitted but you dont pay for anything that falls below your desired threshold. There is a $5 fee for each book that does fall under the threshold though. Anything you get back can then be sent for pressing if you still want. The cgc grading videos can give you an idea of defects to look for before submitting as well.

Yeah, you can send them in. I would try and peel that barcode sticker off if you can, or go over it with a sharpie just in case.

Its in the home stretch, Ive noticed its usually about a week before its shipped.

The Volume number describes the number of times a series has been "restarted"

Just create a new one with the update info. Nothing happens with an online submission until you actually send it in, cgc receives it and it gets verified.

Ahh thanks. Couple of years ago I was told at a convention that even with a simple reholder (this was for newton rings) the grade is subject to change. That description above is much clearer.

Im saying it doesnt matter if there was evidence of tamper or not. The book gets graded again.

I dont believe this is accurate. There is a very high probability it will receive the same grade but its not guaranteed.
