    Super low interest rates definitely helps. I don't know where you live, but the housing market where I am is at all-time craziness! Yes we went thru this 10 years ago when it crashed last time. I took advantage them. Like I said its just not a time to be splurging. Of course when a deal comes along thats different. I feel the same. Cost is through the roof for books, along with spending. Same for OA! People just dropping loads of cash. Great if you are selling...absolute terrible time to be buying IMO.

    Thats a good idea. Slightly different note. I bought a pack of mylite4s and never used them. The plastic was so stiff I couldnt get a book and board into the dang bag! Not sure if Im doing something wrong with those.

    I. LOVE! the resealable bags. So convenient and dont have to bother with tape. Unfortunately I havent seen a resealable mylites yet. Since they are more expensive I havent moved over to them, hoping they make a resealable version soon.

    I want to say your right and this shouldnt hold up, but people buying, selling and speculating these days just dont follow the normal pattern. Look at Nightwing 70 first print. Absolutely nothing happens in that book...yet its still a $20 book 3 months after release.
