Where, how, $$$, need more facts man!, need more details!

    As per Bulletproof Facebook :

Bulletproof is proud to present Action #1000 painted by one of the greatest modern masters of our generation, Gabriele Dell'Otto! Available in Color and Virgin. Convention Ed.pending approval. Presale next Tuesday March 13th @ Noon EST.

  2. The Tony Daniels Fan Expo book, which is now available on their site, was somehow released early or fell off a truck. It's actually Action #1 reprint (like Sensation Comics reprinted the first appearance of Wonder Woman last year with the Jiminez acetate cover). Actually held copies in my hand in January at a convention and have been scrambling to find higher grade copies. In other news, that Kaare Andrews cover, nice. Also, does anyone have info on this Yesteryear Comics - Fabok cover? They only seem to have a facebook store, no website to order from.

Im thinking of sending to Megacon as well..Getting Jock and Jim Lee on the  cover in either gold...or someone suggested Blue/Red!

Awesome, I'm hoping to be helping out with MegaCon and I think I may know who you're sending it to ;) Didnt think about Lee at all. Not sure if I want to go cover artists on the decade ones and get one of the Lee covers with as many as I can or one of the blanks. Oh the possibilities!

I just wish this would have been put up for pre order before Sideshow's new Superman. I might just have to take the hit and lose my NRD and cancel Sideshow's new Superman and order this instead. I like Sideshow's new Superman, but this is definitely the nicer of the 2. Not to mention, this is 1:3 and not 1:4.and  I already have Sideshow's last 1:4 Superman. Honestly, the statue market has been just absolutely killing me the last few years. I had 3 times as many pre orders as I have ever had before in 2006-eary 2007. I finally got down to just 3 pre-orders a couple month back, the lowest number I have had in like 3 years, and then Sideshow winds up releasing Abbey Chase, Wolverine, the new Kier, Taarna, Wonder Woman, Superman & Black Widow and just like that I am right back up to insane levels again. Sideshow really has just been killing me these last 3 years. They just keep releasing one amazing piece after another going all the way back to early 2016. Back in 2015, Sideshow was just getting hammered with negative feedback on sites like StaueForum, but they have raised their game in a BIG way these last couple of years as they have hired some of the best people in the industry including sculptors like Will Harbottle & Daniel Bel.

I think I have 4 pre-orders currently open. 2 for JL Hot Toys, 2 for Superman statues and I still may be jumping on this bad boy. I need new shelving though once everything arrives.

Damn, gonna just have to stop visiting Sideshow and threads like this. Just too many amazing pieces being made today. I just have no willpower when it comes to amazing statues.

You can say that again, I'm trying to work out logistics still on how I can get this bad boy and add it to the other 2 that I already pre-ordered.

I was really referring to the people that purposely buy the regular over the EX and there are actually quite a few of those buyers out there. Just spend some time on StatueForum and you will see your fair share. And VERY rarely do statues sell out fast. Most of Sideshow's statues are up for pre order for at least a month or two before the edition size is even set and most don't wind up selling out for at least another 2 months after that, some even longer. So I just don't see how anyone could miss out on a statue they really wanted due to it selling out, especially since you only need to put down a $50-$60 NRD to lock in your statue. The only statues I can think of where the EX sold out extremely fast was Sideshow's Thanos EX, Sideshow Teenage Mutant Turtle EX's, and the recent green Phoenix variant and that Phoenix variant didn't even have an EX and regular. It just had one edition that was limited to like 350. All of the other statues they have produced over the last 4-5 years were up for order for significant amounts of time before the EX wound up selling out.

Fair enough. I haven't missed out on any yet (that I know of hm) but I do have a friend who missed out on Thanos, which had a huge pre-sale buy in it would appear. I usually get in on the first day to make the payment plans easier and as many months available as they are offering.
