  2. Superman looks great , Still need the Batman and Harley Quinn though
  3. Jordan, Lebron and Kobe are all safe bets with sports cards. Just like investing in Spider-Man, X-Men and Batman are safe bets. I think it's good to diversify your portfolio by adding in some sports cards of HOF legends. They do see a steady climb over the years. They don't print them up in the amounts like they did in the late 80's and early 90s, They're really isn't many rookie HOFs that came out of sports from 88-91 topped with the mass overprinting at that time.
  4. There is no more ceiling on comic books of any era now, demand is intense and the movies/tv shows/investors/fanboys are pushing these prices through the roof. There are 2076 of Lebron James 2003 Topps Chrome rookie cards in PSA 10. What do we think when there are 300 NM 98's in 9.8? Oh that's too common! BTW, Last Lebron James Topps Chrome PSA 10 rookie went for $43,201.00 on Feb 8th. Imagine if sport card investors made their way to comics?
  5. I think Mask Of The Phantasm is but the Batman And Robin Adventures Annual 1 is more expensive. So get both.
  6. I have 3 of them being graded. If I get a 9.8 i'll keep it.
  7. Of course, companies know what makes people spend money, they buy based on emotion. The idea is to create a frenzy around your product and what a perfect way to create FOMO than around Christmas? "OMG, I need to get my kid a PS 8052295XYZ before XMas, I better get one ASAP" Then it's just a matter of people seeing this and getting in line at the slaughter house. I'll get one once FF 16 ships
  8. Mcfarlane didn't draw 327 He did 298-325 and 328
  9. Glad I learned how to press (properly) 5 years ago, I got tired of the long CCS/CGC wait times and high prices.
  10. WHY DO EBAYERS TYPE THE TITLE IN ALL CAPS? ITS SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE SCREAMING
  11. It's printed upside down of a few reasons it's either a plate room error or the press operator set up the angle bars wrong in the ribbon deck, only way to know that is if the upside down page is on another page of the same sheet and no one checked the books or weren't paying attention, it should have been caught as soon as they got the press up and running.
  12. I really don't get al the venom ASM 300 hype, there are a zillion of these out there, It has to level off at some point. I've a 3 9.8's about a half dozen 9.6s and 9.4s, sold them all off around the Venom movie hype. Now they all have doubled in price. For what reason? Donny Cates?
  13. My arm at work, we had a wrap up in Unit #3, paper all wrapped up in the rollers from a web break. Plenty goes wrong
  14. Printer's creases usually happen because of infeed and tension issues. It's goes Rollstand > Infeed> Ink Units > Heatset Oven > Chills . Ribbon/Silicone Deck, Angle Bar Deck > Folder > Auxiliary equipment > Stacker > Skid > Out the door
  15. I don't either, I really couldn't care a less if there are feet or no feet.
  16. It's not that artists don't like to draw feet, it's that in order to get the characters at eye level, you either have to do one of 2 things, either make the characters on the page much smaller, which would be a less dramatic shot or make them bigger and cut off the feet. Comic artists go for the latter
  17. If some guy off the street drew this and showed it to the Marvel guys, they'd say " Sorry, you need to work on your anatomy" haha
