  1. Also, what are the odds that one day CGC (and collectors in general) will see a date stamp as a grading ding?
  2. geez, read the wiki about the Marvel title and it sounds exactly the same.
  3. Don't know if anyone finds this of interest: on the stage next to the one I work on at Warner Brothers they're putting in a new tv show called Powerless. From what the guys tell me it's a comedy about insurance adjusters that come to scenes of superhero destruction and work out property insurance stuff. They will use DC characters Superman, Batman, Green Lantern and Flash.
  4. Thanks for posting those interior pages whoever did that. Georgeous!
  5. you're saying your guess is that the book will go for 156K, Peewee?
  6. So it got an 8.5 from Voldy and then CGC gave it an 8.5?
  7. Honest Boardie. Thanks for the DDs
  8. at: The OCD can't have that. Now I understand what's wrong with me.
  9. I've bought Miracle Man 1 - 16, the Alan Moore issues from Eclipse. I have just bought the Miracle Man 3-D issue. How doe the 3-D issue fit chronologically? Do I read 1 - 16, then the 3D or …? Thanks in advance
  10. I just received my ticket. Thanks, Terry. The ticket says the convention is January 31, 2017. I assume this is a misprint.
  11. Great. I thought the only SS book I needed was Dark Knight Returns 1 w/Miller & janson. Now I want this. Nice looking book!
  12. Michael traynor. He tells a funny story about walking down the street back east somewhere and someone recognizing him and thinking he was really his character and got mad at him for killing off someone in the show.
  13. The acting couch on the show I'm on was in the walking dead. He was killed off I guess. Let me a call sheet and get his name.
  14. Having never seen an episode of this show, it's a big deal when this Negan kills someone?
  15. Bought the run cheap at an awesome comic shop in Portland called Acme Comics. Haven't read it yet. Time is such a difficult commodity. So tired. Too tired to read.
  16. I have worked on putting a run together since 1985, when Landis and McDonough stopped publishing it. At this point I'm only missing one issue. I could literally write a book about the experience and the characters I have met along the way, including the principle players. I have it on good authority that film maker Nicolas Winding Refn wants to put out a book reprinting all issues of SE from 1980 - 1985. However, I double this will come to pass as someone who retains 50% (but claims 100%) of the rights to the material is out of their f#cking mind. Weird, weird, weird….
