  1. Meanwhile there are 317 copies for sale of the Suess book everyone here is claiming has been censored or banned or whatever. The people talking out of thier a-s-s and up in arms about "censorship" are worse at jumping to conclusions about everything than the people they say are "banning" this stuff.
  2. You can buy Suess any time you want. There's tons on ebay right now and always and there's like 30 million copies of each book out there anyway so even if ebay didn't allow them to be sold on their site they are still easy to find anywhere else.
  3. Picasso is dead so who cares, copy away. Also who cares about some trillion dollar corporation's copyrighted stuff. Like the artists or writers are getting anything for a comic they did 45 years ago? Wein and Trimpe are dead anyway. Everyone who had a hand in creating that comic are dead. why should we care about some trillion dollar corporation owning copyrights on comics and art they had nothing to do with? Screw disney and marvel
  4. This is a good one, it collects all of the single issues in one comic...
  5. No. Read it. Touch it. Feel it. Smell it. Enjoy it. Use it how it was meant to be. Also am I the only one that sees a booby in this photo? When I first looked at this pic I thought a woman was holding that comic up to her chest haha
  6. I am waiting for a DoDo and the Frog label
  7. Every comic I own is a keeper or I wouldn't have bought it or kept it so I will just dump every photo attachment I have on here....
  8. Concern for what industry? There is no way any reproduction could ever pass for the original. The type of printing and presses, inks and paper don't exist anymore at all so it's impossible to make a reproduction that will ever fool anyone. I couldn't care less about people making stuff like this. This is like the big deal now with people making reproductions of vintage Star Wars action figures that are almost identical to the originals and collectors are losing their minds. Who cares. If it means someone can own something that's pretty close to the original in materials and feel because they can't afford a ridiculously priced original then I am all for it. I wish someone would make nice reproductions of comics I can never own in as close to original materials as possible, nice newsprint and that look good. I'd buy them all. but not crud like this one for 150 bucks that's insane and defeats the purpose of a reproduction
  9. A great read... https://viewcomics.me/snarf/issue-6
  10. ugly girls are the best and my dry spell for slabbed comics is my entire life. I never bought one and doubt I ever will. If I found a comic I wanted that happened to be slabbed I would be cracking that thing open right away I know that
  11. beginning in 1960 all comic publishers were required to print their USPS annual report in the comic itself. There is a site that compiles most of these here... https://www.comichron.com/yearlycomicssales/postaldata.html
