  1. Inspector gadget, go go anything? If'n given time, will flush it out, but no one will volunteer. I suppose that is understandable. It is a business.
  2. Amen thanks. I'm curious what the slab looks like, or if an image is available to compare to the ones I have? It's OK if none available, just curious, as it would inspire me to move faster on a submission... Then again I'm sure it'll show up posted soon enough I guess if some are being encapsulated to ship, I'll just keep an eye out in the mag forum. Thank you
  3. Lol was it just me or were they not posted a lot anywhere? Social/ boards nada, and yet eBay makes sense. Any sold? And did you receive or obtain one? How like cgc not to give out a C.O.A. to there credit I suppose, and yet "do not encapsulate?" What's that about I wonder. Supply and demand with cases and service to wer a whistle I suppose 😊
  4. I've been meaning too, and here I am cramming for the budget final I've heard on social that they're up and running, although if you blinked I'm sure it was missed, idk. I have yet to see an example or improvements though, which would help @CGC Mike ? If there was time or post and we missed it?
  5. It must be the land that time forgot! I'm not sure I can fathom it now, as I know it was done. Just where could it be could it be. Maybe someday. @Joshua912003 I guess the point of this exercise is they're still rare? I'm not sure if the point being that it was meant to jumpstart cgc cards? Idk, so many questions worth asking.
  6. Another wonder that these DC packs are hard to find. I wasn't around for Whitman's. This is new roller coaster for me 😂
  7. I will say. I admire your dedication to this comic! I've seen your tag sigline, and you have comics that are definite keepers, I wouldn't call this a fascination to this book (could be wrong), but it looks to be devotion.
  8. Old man rant myself but 💯 doesn't tell me anything, I guess it is a percentage and even then... Moderns heating up, sellmycomicbooks.com came out with their top 💯 pics for 2023, and of course the number one slot (spoiler alert!) was the one I thought to sell. Guess I'll try to part with something cheaper for con funds.
  9. This one helps at times, cause I have clarity sales I'll make in the future too, and yet it does keep me from impulse purchasing stuff. I only read the full nuance description when it's something I've paid for, as obvious purchases are easy to spot. That can be a slippery slope as well 😂 this is all very therapeutic so don't mind me 😂
  10. Ya it's tough to look at. It insults the sensibility and to soon after that you're wondering intentions. It's a bit of a slippery slope.
  11. It was an agreement to your post. I meant the descriptions on the ebay listings were something to laugh about I understand maybe too soon
  12. I sprung for one McFarlane, true enough, and yes I'm thankful. It was definite wisdom to do so, but I'm not going to down it at all. We Love Comics!
  13. It's allergy season, and already looking at mowing, but family is admiring the flower/weeds, so here I am trying to be patient.
  14. I'm just glad you shared the love at all! I am contemplating the con and the con thread I do, unfortunately my purchases are smaller in quantity; therefore I do pics of the books and vendors. Lord willing there will be more of an accompaniment this year with friends. I'm glad that you took the time for pics! I'd ask for the stories, but don't want to tie up the thread. Sufficing pics though!
  15. Great Steranko. I tried to allow for me to pick up the run 1-6, and yet, it's always impulse that gets me. Trying more to be patient now to save, expenses coming up
  16. @onlyweaknesskryptonite I'm glad to see there are still new drives to the hobby. Not all mainstream, but that is the fun of collecting. Being present in the moment and the thrill of the hunt Glad you went
  17. Another picture frame, glad y'all are collecting bronze. A bit before my time, and yet I know that was a thing.
  18. good news! Regardless, in the possession, at least the presence of mind to obtain it. Happy that worked out for you
  19. I love the black on the windows! If I was to shade, that is about how I'd do it too
  20. Well that IS unfortunate, and I hope it wasnt done on purpose, which obviously sounds like an act of God type insurance I hope. Tbh, home care is difficult, I'm learning as I go to wait upon the Lord. It's 64 degrees Fahrenheit here in Dallas, which is 17 degrees Celsius. End of winter, will be spring the 22nd or so, but then three special holidays show up for the family. Bdays and so forth.
