  1. Here’s something that occurred to me today. FF48 might be making a ST110 run. It’s tracking like ST110 did in 2013 - undervalued for decades and then the rumors of a doctor strange movie lit a fire and then boom. What do you guys think? Is FF48 going to mirror the good doctors meteoric rise?

That's a really nice copy for the grade. Books like that are great.  Also, it's nearly square, a miracle for DD #1 :insane:

I appreciate the feedback - I got lucky - it’s from an attic collection I bought a few other low grade marvel keys from (avengers 1&4 X-men 4 ASM 6) they all came back White Pages

^^^ Very nice copy with bright whites and bold colors.  Congrats!

Thanks yeah I feel like I got lucky - I also grabbed an ASM6 from the same collection and it’s colors are also bright - probably helped that they were in an attic not being displayed for decades

Another great looking 2.0 Robo99.   Are you going to build a run of the Flash series?

My son and I are tempted to work on the $0.10 books but not sure yet.

Thanks appreciate it- your copy looks great too - just love that cover - I think a run of flash might be too much for my collection however I’m very interested in acquiring a 139, first professor zoom - looks like he’ll be the villain in the flash movie plus another great cover

That's a very pretty 7.5, must be a back cover defect because that looks much nicer than it's assigned grade.

Thanks - I think it’s due to some shadowing  around the edges - the back is solid but could use a cleaning - I’m really happy with it

Of course it does!   Because Adventure 260 is where Silver Age Aquaman begins, making it the more important of the two books (Adv 260 and SC 30).

Agreed! Also though I'd have to say I'm interested in adventure comics 229 - I know it's only the first appearance of Topo but it's the same year and month as Showcase 4 (first silver age comic) and topo is a recurring silver age character - in many ways this could and perhaps should mark the first silver age appearance Aquaman - however 260 has a stronger case as it's his first silver age origin which provides many new details about the character - that being said I still bought a 229 recently - covering all bases lol

That's a right beautiful Action Comics 276.  Extremely difficult to find in NM condition.  Always loved all those Supermen flying around the cover.  That book should be designated as a classic cover.  Congrats.

Thanks appreciate it - yeah always dug this cover too plus it's got a bunch of first appearances related to the legion of superheroes like Brainiac 5 - took awhile to track this one down - happy to have it in my pc finally
