    The cover is detached at the top staple. There has been some moisture on the right edge of the book, causing some waviness. The book is not brittle, the pages can be flipped through easily. I believe the grade would be about a G+ - G/VG. Please let me know if you would like more information. This is a bit tough to price, so if you’d like to discuss, please PM me. Thanks! $3500
